This extended stay pet friendly hotel is located off of I77, just minutes from downtown Columbia, University of South Carolina, South Carolina Fairgrounds, Riverbanks Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Colonial Life Arena and CAE. We are a short drive to the Shaw AFB, McEntire National Guard Base and Fort Jackson. Please note that we are not located on base. We are also close to Prisma Health Richland Hospital, Providence Hospital and Dorn Veterans Hospital.

Place is very dirty, smelled of strong chemicals, no outlets in the kitchen area work, mold on the ceiling, black long hair everywhere in the hotel room (I am blonde and my family are all blonde), room smelt like mold, staff not very welcoming. If I could rate it lower I would. Stay somewhere else.
- EDEdgar DowJul 26, 20261.0Was there for a week request my room to be clean. No one came until a week later , by then I was switching hotels due to roaches and uncleanliness. I also don’t know why staff think they can yell at people children. Better be glad I was at work! Unprofessional and only one elevator works . It was quicker to take the stairs. Only one dryer works … I could go on and on . Never had this type of experience at a hotel in my life and I do a lot of traveling!

If you ask about the pool they will ignore you. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. You go to sleep and a roach crawl in your ear.

Automatic charge system does not work properly. Tengan cuidado, este hotel cobra de mas. Yo estuve de enero a abril de 2026 y me hicieron cargo de mas por 700 dolares. La gerente dijo que ya estaba en cero. Su cobro automatico no sirve bien.
