  We had a bad experience. First off the room was advertised as sleeping 4 - it did not. The pull out bed and sheets were covered in filth. The staff was not receptive.

  Dirty - stayed due to location for Morgan Wallen concert - staff on friendly or welcoming - carpets were dirty - room not cleaned well - shower didn’t drain - charged big rate due to concert - I washed all items when got home due to worry about dirt and bugs

  The most disgusting hotel I’ve been in. Due to surge prices for the Morgan Wallen Concert, this room was over $600 (over $700 with taxes), you can see through to the hallway from the cracks in the door. There are stains on the bedding and on the actual bed. There are stains on the floor. My room has massive crack in the wall. The toilet is not secured properly and shifts. The mending kit on the restroom was clearly opened prior as the seal was broken. You can hear every word from the others in the rooms around you. The television did not work. There were people slamming their doors all night long. This is the most unsafe I’ve ever felt in a hotel and it is inexcusable to charge this much for a place in such poor condition. I had to park behind the hotel with zero overhead lighting and was very concerned. I asked for more sheets for my bed because the ones in there were stained and the worker did not even apologized. She just gave me more and said “I gave you some extra in case the blanket is also stained”. Absolutely disgusting. I was on the phone with the booking provider until 4am and they stated no on was answering the phone. To date, Expedia is staying that the hotel is refusing to answer the phone in response to a partial refund for the state of the room and the filth.

  This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. They didn’t prepare for the concert at Clemson and non of the rooms were ready for check-in so everyone had to get ready in the main hotel bathroom and lobby all while being charged 4 times what the room charge should be because of price gouging. Our room smelled like an ash tray, the sheets were stained/dirty, and the tv didn’t work. The management was awful and got an attitude about booking all the rooms and not having them ready. Stay further out and Uber in.

  Requested a king bed they approved the reservation and checked me into a queen. When I asked to be moved they said they were completely booked up. They didn't even check the computer they just said we dont have any as I look outside at the empty parking lot at 1am. They have the beds they just dont feel like switching my room. So make sure you're getting what you requested before you check all the way in.
