  I just want to give a huge shoutout to Diane at Hotel Richemont! She was amazing to work with and really took care of me while I was planning my girlfriend’s birthday and our anniversary. She was super patient with me, paid attention to all the little details, and really made an effort to help me make everything special for her. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and represents the hotel extremely well. Thank you again, Diane, for all your help and patience. I really appreciate everything you did to help make this a special experience for my girlfriend and me!

  Little disappointed with the small room we had that was categorized as a King with a balcony view over the courtyard. At the price near 600 one of the nights of the 3 we were there, just figured on a larger room. Loved the hotel itself as well as the location in the Quarter. Service and the people employed there were all really great. We will return and I will do more homework on my room!!!

  Everything about Hotel Richemont was absolutely excellent. The staff went over and beyond to assist with any request we had. The location is absolutely beautiful and close to many local activities. Latonya personally ensured our stay met expectations and more. Will stay here when ever I im town.

  Listen up: this one’s a real GEM! Hotel Richemont is that boutique hotel that exudes warmth & “true southern charm.” The location cannot be beat —in the center of it all… I must personally shout out both Sabrina and LaTonya who went above & beyond to make my stay sooooo so enjoyable. Also ate at the great Vietnamese restaurant on site (“Two Bit Club”) for their happy hr—lovely food and bartenders. I 100% RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.🙌

  The perfect hotel to stay at in Charleston! I stayed here for 3 nights. Months prior to my trip, I was having the worst time finding a hotel in Charleston, many too expensive even for 2 or 3 nights or not well placed to some of the attractions. Richemont solved all of that AND gave me the best price with a very attractive deal they had for 3 nights. Believe the hype: location is one of the biggest draws of this hotel. It’s placed just steps away from King Street’s many shops and restaurants, walk a little farther and you’ll realize how close it is to all the other attractions downtown Charleston has to offer, making it’s position unbeatable. I didn’t use the valet but there is one available - it helps there’s a paid parking lot right across the street too. Two Bit Club downstairs is fantastic as well, definite recommend for a first meal after you arrive just as I did! I raved about location earlier: through my walks, I discovered at the end of this huge parking lot is Lowland, not much farther and you get a cute hidden cafe - appropriately called The Hidden House. And at the end of Society Street? Muse. You can really just leave the car parked. To accentuate Richemont’s location, my stay came with exclusive discounts to some local shops. The chocolates I requested with the prosecco upon first getting into my room? From a chocolatier across the street. Room was clean and adequately sized, staff super friendly and helpful. Richemont really made my little birthday/PTO getaway this June memorable and I cannot wait to stay here again soon!
