  Nice, clean rooms. Great breakfast! Didn't use the pool, but there is an outdoor pool, no hot tub. I highly recommend Bessenger Bar-B- Que which is nearby. Really good food, large portions.

  I want to say Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the service at this location .... Ms. Sherry , Molly , Sophia Heather and the rest of the front desk crew are friendly helpful and compassionate , I give them a 10 out of 10 for all they do on a daily even with the challenges of customers, facility issues ,and helping any way they can they should all get a praise for what they do / Sincerely Laurie HARDISON 117

  A pipe burst, flooding the lobby and leaving the rooms without water for several hours. The elevator rarely worked and other guests complained on getting stuck on it. The freezer of my room fridge was iced up and unusable. The walls of the room were paper thin both between rooms and especially into the hallway. The exterior door keypad never worked and the parking can be a hike to the front door. Breakfast was terribly overcooked and smelled of rubber. Despite a "guaranteed" 2pm late checkout due to my status, they could only allow noon (regular checkout is 11). But it didn't matter anyway, since housekeeping banged on my door and tried to open it at 9:30am despite the do-not-disturb sign and my late checkout, and did the same to three of my colleagues staying in different rooms. Just a terrible experience, top to bottom.

  We stayed one night and glad it was only one. The room was dirty and looked like it got a quick clean and that was it. The walls are kind of thin so it is noisy all night. We were woken up around 1am to what sounded like someone doing work cleaning a drain with a snake or something. It was super loud and went on for about an hour. We were starting to pack our things to leave when it finally stopped. The people were friendly which made it nice, but that was about it.
