  Very nice! Needs some TLC outside! Maybe bushes or flowers. Very concrete and not very appealing. The balconies are not accessible!!!!!! Which is fine! It’s such a beautiful location just wish the outside of the hotel matched the Charleston charm.

  No water available for guests?! Is it too much to ask for filtered water? Water is CHEAP! This is the customer service industry, you're supposed to think of your customers needs.

  We checked in and went to our room. The toilet in the bathroom was backed up and not working. This should never happen to anyone. The front desk was less than helpful and very rude. I will never book here again when visiting Charleston.

  My wife and I spent three nights, our room was spotless, very quiet. The restaurant and bar offered great views. The shuttle service makes it easy to get downtown. We will definitely be back! Also the staff texted us daily to ask if everything was ok.

  We paid nearly $700 for a 3-day stay here, and frankly, it felt like a joke. The only redeeming quality of the entire property was the pool area. Beyond that, the hotel is in desperate need of maintenance, deep cleaning, and basic safety updates.Our room had visible damage everywhere: a literal hole in the wall by the AC unit, missing strike plates on the door frames, peeling vinyl baseboards, and stray hairs left on the walls by housekeeping. Worse yet, the entry door has massive gaps all around the frame and a compromised peephole that lets a flood of hallway light (and potentially eyes) straight into the dark room. It felt like a total lack of privacy and security. One elevator working, garbage in it on the floor , ice machines not working on 9 and 10 and when told clerk she had didn't care attitude and told us to go to 3rd floor. For the price they are charging, you expect a clean, secure room. We did not get that here. Save your money and go somewhere else. I also did not receive my bill by email like I was told. Also, don't bother with the rooftop restraunt, I was warned by another guest that it was overpriced and bland. I would love to come back with my pre teen just for the pool for one night, he would love it but not at the price we paid. ** looks like the management will only reply to positive reviews and not attempt to make anything right, rediclious.
