  L'établissement est très vieillot, et la qualité du service ne justifie absolument pas le prix demandé. L'hôtesse d'accueil n'est vraiment pas accueillante. Les chambres sont anciennes, avec une décoration et un équipement daté des années 70... Les lits datent probablement de la même époque. Ils grincent. On sent les ressorts, ils ne font même pas un taille standard ... Ce n'est clairement pas un hôtel dans lequel je reviendrai. Pas agréable du tout. Je ne recommande pas.

  So, the location was good for what I needed and so was the price. The service at the counter was immaculate. I actually didn't have any complaints until I got to the room. The room itself was either inhabited by someone who smoked cigarettes or the wacky tobaccy, I think both because I caught wifts of both, or they are nearby enough to effect the room. While I am 420 friendly and a previous smoker, I do not appreciate the smells these days. Next, the tub. The stopper would not work to save my life. Made it more difficult for my kids, who could take showers but aren't yet tall enough for it. I guess overall, for the location and price, it could have been much worse. I'd have given a higher rating if not for the issues with the room. Everything else is nice enough.

  Rooms are pretty clean and in decent shape. Serves a real hot breakfast (sausage , eggs, toast, waffles) , not the single serving muffin or cereal bull crap. A bit away from the beach but priced accordingly.

  Our room wasn't cleaned, the beds were possibly made (couldn't tell for sure) but there were crumbs and garbage from the previous occupants in several places. The bathroom had clumps of hair in corners that had been there for some time. All appliances had caked up dust on them so the room hadn't been cleaned properly in ages. Management was understanding to some extent and offered another room, that was equally dirty. We ended up staying the night in the second room after cleaning the bath and toilet ourselves. Dirt spots came off easily with some wet wipes, so this is just lack of care and laziness. There was dog hair on the floor and the walls are paper thin. Our neighbour shouting all through the night was the last drop. The lobby has several lights flickering right as you enter, and there is a help wanted sign for cleaners posted at the entrance, which in hindsight were obvious red flags. Several outside stair steps are damaged for what looks like a really long time, and the lack of cleaning shows everywhere. A soda bottle was floating in the pool so who knows how often this gets cleaned. After speaking to the front desk person, who was oblivious of the problems we experienced the previous night, we ended up leaving the morning after even though we paid for two nights. Management was supposed to contact us through email about a refund for the second night, but no one has attempted to contact us. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you are planning to do a deep clean of the room yourself.

  Вони зіпсувати мої вихідні. На рецепції мені повідомили, що я не можу залишитися в номері зі своїм КОТОМ, хоча усі сервери при бронюванні запевняли мене що вони приймають з тваринами!!! Мій кіт має усі документи емоційної підтримки які я готова була їм надати, але мені сказали, що це не є важливим. Увага!!! Приймають тільки з собаками!!! Тобто ми говоримо зараз не просто про дискримінацію котів та собак, ми говоримо про те, що я не можу знаходитися без мого "пухнастика". Питання до власників, чому ви не відредагуйте інформацію, я б взагалі не розглядала вас як варіант для свого відпочинку. Коли я запитала, чому я не можу бути тут, мені надали таку відповідь від якої я була просто в шоці. - ми маємо дуже багато котів навколо якіх полишали власники і вони нікому не потрібні!!!! Тобто моя тварина, яка допомогає мені в житті, має документи.... І вони думають, що я її просто покину?!? Нонсенс!!! І це була відповідь менеджера! Дуже рекомендую змінити інформацію і вказати більш конкретно, що приймають тільки з собаками. Ніякі документи не цікавлять. Я розчарована. Як би я могла поставити -1. Я б це зробила. Щиро дякую вам за сервіс та ненаданні послуги.
