- JLJDLN TRANSPORT LLCAug 14, 20261.0We stayed at this hotel for one night after a very long and exhausting day of traveling. We arrived extremely late and only stopped because we were simply too tired to safely continue driving and desperately needed a clean, quiet place to rest. Unfortunately, the hotel had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom did not appear to be properly cleaned, and the toilet seat was broken. Because we arrived so late and were completely exhausted, we did not have the energy to complain, wait for maintenance, or move rooms. We just tried to get some sleep. Then, early the next morning, the hotel began testing the fire alarms, which completely disrupted the rest we had stopped there to get. At that point, we decided to leave and continue our trip. I understand that fire-alarm testing is necessary for safety, but between the condition of the room, the odor, the broken toilet seat, and the morning disruption, this was a very disappointing stay. For the price of a hotel room, guests should at minimum be able to expect a clean, properly maintained room and a reasonable opportunity to rest. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

Hotel was super clean and smelled clean. Beds have Actual pillows!! So happy we landed here on our way back to VA. Will definitely make this hotel a part of our travel plans when visiting family in GA.
