  Left 1 star because i had to had 3 rooms booked for work travel all 3 rooms was absolutely disgusting smelled horrible an 2 of the 3 live bed bugs an eggs were found. The last one had dead bed bugs and looks like they tryed ti treat it for them. Front desk personnel more worried about personal phone calls an text rather than helping

  I had thought this was a newer (last 10 years) hotel at this location. Inside the lobby and the room was musty and just seemed like the air didn't circulate well. Bathroom looked worn, some minor repairs in the room, but quality of work was not great. No coffee maker in the room!! Asked downstairs about it and they said they could give me one, which they did, but talk about inconvienient. Breakfast was fine, employees were fine, but I looked out the window and saw a green water pool which was a little disturbing. Stay was OK and if had to in a pinch would stay again, but man the smell of the whole place was just musty like wet carpet.

  Bedbugs.showed mngr and staff they came and looked said they had to see it themselves. Even though we showed bites and photos on skin September 7 2026 4pm

  This hotel was supposed to be newly renovated. When I turned the shower on the water spout would pull from the wall, There is no coffee makers in the room so you had to go to the lobby for that and it was only working half the time. The air conditioning in the lobby didn’t work and during a heat advisory the pool was green

  We stayed at this hotel for one night after a very long and exhausting day of traveling. We arrived extremely late and only stopped because we were simply too tired to safely continue driving and desperately needed a clean, quiet place to rest. Unfortunately, the hotel had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom did not appear to be properly cleaned, and the toilet seat was broken. Because we arrived so late and were completely exhausted, we did not have the energy to complain, wait for maintenance, or move rooms. We just tried to get some sleep. Then, early the next morning, the hotel began testing the fire alarms, which completely disrupted the rest we had stopped there to get. At that point, we decided to leave and continue our trip. I understand that fire-alarm testing is necessary for safety, but between the condition of the room, the odor, the broken toilet seat, and the morning disruption, this was a very disappointing stay. For the price of a hotel room, guests should at minimum be able to expect a clean, properly maintained room and a reasonable opportunity to rest. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.
