  We stayed here for three nights, and I have to say, our experience was absolutely wonderful! Loved Nicole and Tabitha. Both were so sweet, accomidating, and just good people. First, let me start with something that may seem small to others but was a HUGE deal for me. I am absolutely terrified of elevators and will take the stairs every chance I get! When I learned our room was on the third floor, I was a little apprehensive. However, to my surprise, the stairwell was beautifully maintained, carpeted, clean, and had such a warm, home-like feeling. It was only 21 steps to the third floor, and our room was conveniently located right next to the stairway door. I didn't have to step foot in an elevator during our entire stay, and I couldn't have been happier! Now, let's talk about breakfast! Every morning, there was a plentiful selection with something for everyone. Eggs, sausage, cereals, several bread options, bagels, muffins, English muffins, oatmeal, and more! Everything was convenient, and we genuinely enjoyed starting our mornings this way. Another wonderful touch was the unlimited coffee available throughout our stay, along with delicious chocolate chip cookies! It's those little extras that make a hotel feel welcoming. The room itself was fantastic! It was spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated our family of four. We were actually celebrating my granddaughter's birthday and had plenty of room to decorate and make the occasion special without feeling cramped. The bathroom was another highlight! The shower was beautiful, with plenty of hot water, and I especially appreciated the complimentary Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Such a nice touch! The air conditioning worked wonderfully and was incredibly easy to adjust to our preferred temperature. We also had a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room, which made our stay even more convenient. Location and safety are extremely important to me, and this hotel checked both boxes. The location was perfect for our needs, and we felt comfortable and safe throughout our entire visit. If I had to mention one thing I missed, it would be having a fitness center directly inside the hotel. However, they do offer a shared fitness option with a large gym conveniently located next door. That facility offers a wide variety of exercise equipment and even tanning options, so there is certainly an alternative available for those who enjoy keeping up with their fitness routines while traveling. Overall, I genuinely have nothing negative to say about our experience. From the cleanliness and spacious accommodations to the breakfast, thoughtful amenities, and comfortable atmosphere, everything came together to make our three-night stay enjoyable. I especially appreciate a hotel that pays attention to the little details because those are often what make the biggest difference. Would we stay here again? Absolutely, without hesitation! We had a wonderful experience, made special family memories, and will definitely be returning. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and comfortable place for our family to enjoy!

  My room is big, and clean. It looks like it was just remodeled because the furniture looks new. The receptionist was so friendly. It is close to Taco Bell. Bed & pillows are firm. The cons are the elevator, parking, and a bad smell. There's only one elevator. Parking is on the sides and the back. The parking lot on the right side is closest to the elevator. My room had a bad smell, like dirty water was used to mop the floors. I wish that the room had a clean smell or no smell. Floors are slippery so there might be a humidity problem. This is South Carolina so of course it's humid outside. B-

  The photos online did not match the actual condition of the hotel. Online it looked new and modern, but that was definitely not my experience. There were numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues, including stains on the bedding, dust, chipped walls, and a light fixture hanging from the ceiling. The room was also incredibly muggy and damp no matter how low I turned the AC. I will say the staff was very friendly and accommodating and did move me to another room, which I appreciated. But Unfortunately, the overall condition and quality of the hotel just wasn’t up to par, and I ended up checking out shortly after arriving. I would not recommend this property.
