  Wow, what a fantastic stay! The rooms were cozy and well-kept, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Loved the pool area too—definitely coming back next time!

  I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this time staff hasn’t been emphatic very much. I haven’t been able to sleep in 5 days since my daughter almost died and she is at the hospital, I just wanted to rest and sleep that’s why my husband kindly ask for a quite room, the room is comfortable but is just right in front of the party venue and is very loud! I called front desk and guy told me the party would be over in almost 2 hours. That means that I have to wait until the party is over so I can finally sleep when the purpose of the stay was to completely rest now I unfortunately I can’t. First time staying here it will probably be the last one!

  At first glance, the room appeared clean, but it quickly became clear that it was only surface-level. There was a strong, unpleasant odor that was difficult to ignore. On closer inspection, I found a false eyelash stuck to the carpet, which was off-putting and raised concerns about overall cleanliness. The bathroom had several issues—the sink did not drain properly, the bathtub had noticeable areas where the finish was worn away, and there was hair on the ceiling above the shower. Additionally, the window shade in our first-floor room was broken, so we couldn’t adjust it for privacy or light. For nearly $400 per night, this experience was disappointing and not worth the cost. While the room was spacious, that was the only positive. I would not return or recommend staying here.

  As an IHG Executive Platinum member, I stay at many properties, but my recent experience at the Crowne Plaza Warwick was truly a standout. From the moment I arrived, the service was seamless and high-touch. Jon, the manager, is absolutely outstanding. His leadership clearly reflects in the operations of this hotel—he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was terrific. We were warmly greeted upon entry and immediately upgraded to a King Platinum room, which was pristine and perfectly appointed. It was everything a frequent traveler hopes for but rarely finds. I am super excited to return to this property; I honestly wish all hotels operated with this level of excellence and attention to detail. I will definitely be back.

  Crowne Plaza staff, services and function spaces have been exactly what we expect - exceptional, accommodating and reliable. We host regular monthly meetings there for years including our recurring investor group meeting. And we've have hosted a few other special events ranging in size and purpose, we've attended countless other events for parties, functions like fundraisers, weddings, expos, confrences, trainings and so much more... and hands down, the spaces and teams offer consistency, quality, professionalism and support. Even if there's been hiccups - which happen in life from time to time, especially managing large events, it's been manageable because most everyone from the execute & management teams, to sales and service teams, the event coordination and set up staff, to dining/catering, security and facilities teams - all have stepped up to remedy whatever was needed and regularly ensure all events run smoothly. It's great having On site Cafe, restaurant, lounge, work spaces, function and event halls and ballrooms and flexible catering menus.
