  Took over 40 min to check in; nobody at front desk from 8 -8:40 (and others in lobby said nobody had been there for 30 min before we arrived). Nobody answered phones. Called IHG, THEY didn't know who to try and contact. All that and room had no coffee maker, no bath mat, no OJ at breakfast, etc.....just lots of little dissapointments. Although the pool, listed on their web site as closed, has been open for at least a month from what I was told. Won't be back.

  Staff was rude, when asked for extra bedding for room watch the house keeping pull the sheets out from underneath dirty sheets and blankets. Blinds were ripped and the wall by the window is peeling off. Waited an hour for blankets and pillows after asking the house keeping for some

  No coffee in the rooms. Weak breakfast options. Too much black mold in the shower, tub area. A lot of trash and litter outside. IHG you can do better. Positives, close to Providence airport and front desk staff

  If you want to stay in theiddle of a sea of parking lots, that's fine. Light fixtures in the hallway were falling out, room was badly refurbished, bathroom had no vent and only one insanely bright light source. Ice machine was broken. Breakfast was ok.

  Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express for two days (8/14/2026 – 8/16/2026) was unfortunately very disappointing. We encountered several issues throughout our stay: 1. Room Convenience: The room lacked a convenient table or counter to place a toiletry bag while getting ready. 2. Non-Working Charging Outlets: Some of the charging outlets near the bedside were not working. 3. Broken Furniture: The table in the room was broken and unstable, making it unsafe to use. 4. No Coffee Maker: There was no coffee maker provided in the room. 5. Rusted Microwave: The microwave was in a rusted condition and was not usable. 6. Bathroom Amenities: The handwash dispenser in the bathroom was empty on the day of check-in and was still not refilled the following day. 7. Non-Working Phone: The room phone was disconnected and could not be used. 8. Partially Broken Door Security Latch: The security latch on the room door was loose, misaligned, and appeared to be partially broken. 9. Breakfast (Day 1): o The complimentary breakfast had very limited options compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations. o The scrambled eggs were watery. o The apple juice dispenser was not working and dispensed only water. 10. Breakfast (Day 2): We arrived at approximately 9:45 AM, even though breakfast was served until 10:00 AM. Almost all the food was already empty, and none of the items were refilled. The only positive aspect of our stay was the front desk staff. They were warm and welcoming and provided nice customer service throughout our stay. Overall, the room amenities, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast service were well below the standards we have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this property and would be hesitant to stay here again.
