  The staff is wonderful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The AC unit was very cold. The issue was how much we were charged for a one night stay. It was the highest we paid for any IHG room, almost $400.00 for two queen beds. We were here for a high school graduation ceremony. We had someone above us that didn't know how to sit or lie down. All we heard all night was stomping back and forth across the room above. The room lacked an clock and a coffee maker. A magnet on the mini fridge and a plastic note by the microwave said we can get coffee anytime in the lobby. Glad I drink tea and bring my own electric tea pot and tea bags. :) Walking downstairs for your morning coffee is not right. The bathroom was so small you couldn't close the door without standing to the side of the toilet and there was a mirror right across the hall if you didn't close the bathroom door so you can see yourself sitting. The breakfast was just eh. I have been to many IHG hotels and the amount of food was just OK. The hot food was good. The breads were really old and stale. The fridge had very little yogurt and nothing else.

  Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms VERY small. Gym was equipped but some issues with equipment. ( Strap broke on bike ) and gym had strong chemical smell. Staff was great.

  The first room we had was ok. It had a musty smell. We asked and the cleaning supervisor moved us to a better room. Only problem was the people upstairs keep walking and banging for hours. We alerted Kim at the front desk. She acted like I was bothering her and wouldn't do anything. My wife went again around 10pm and nothing still. We called the front desk at 1130pm after kim left and got a n apology from a new person who went up and the noise stopped. We never had a problem with any holiday inn Express until now. Will call corporate about the horrible service we received from Kim. Everyone else was great.

  Very disappointed with how I was treated at this hotel. The bathroom in our room was extremely small and unsafe for my needs, so I requested an ADA accommodation. I was told there were no ADA rooms available until the day I was checking out. When I spoke with the general manager, instead of trying to help, she was rude, dismissive, and argumentative. I was blamed for not requesting an ADA room ahead of time, even though I had never stayed at this property before and had no way of knowing how inaccessible the room would be. I explained this was the first time in my life I have ever had to request an ADA accommodation, and instead of being treated with understanding, I was made to feel embarrassed and uncomfortable for even asking. To make matters worse, I was checked out of my room without confirmation simply for requesting an ADA bathroom, leaving me scrambling to figure out what to do next. IHG Guest Relations had to step in and open a complaint case after they were unable to find another nearby hotel with availability. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service from multiple staff members was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend anyone with mobility issues or disabilities avoid this property. To clarify, this was not simply a request for a different “room type.” The bathroom layout in the assigned room was extremely tight and unsafe for my physical limitations. While attempting to maneuver around the toilet and close the bathroom door, I did fall. As I stated during my stay, this was the first time in my life I have ever needed to request an ADA accommodation at a hotel. Continuing to frame the situation as my fault for not reserving an ADA room in advance ignores the fact that the request came after a fall and safety concern inside the assigned room. I requested an ADA-accessible bathroom only after discovering the issue once already inside the room and was informed no ADA room would be available until the day of checkout. I also did not request to be checked out at that time. I asked whether, if I decided to leave early due to the safety issue, the unused nights would be refunded. Shortly afterward, you checked us out without any further discussion or confirmation from me. This all occurred after requesting an ADA room for a safety issue following a fall. My concerns throughout this situation were specifically related to accessibility and safety after the fall. I respectfully disagree with the characterization of events provided in the hotels response.
