  I paid $2,400 for a 20-day room reservation. At the last minute, they cancelled my booking and said they had refunded the money, which was supposed to arrive within 12 days. The money never reached me, and I am still waiting.

  I was honestly very surprised by this hotel. Because the price is so affordable, you might expect something very basic, but it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, organized, and very well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, everything looked recently renovated, and there was absolutely no musty or moldy smell. For the price, the value is excellent. You get much more than you would expect for what you pay. Congratulations to the management for doing such a great job maintaining the property. I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. It truly surprised me!

  Avoid this hotel at all costs. From the moment we checked in, the room smelled terrible. The carpet had a strong, unpleasant odor that made our stay very uncomfortable. Things got even worse after we checked out. The hotel charged my card $250 for damage caused by another guest. They admitted it was their mistake and apologized, but then told us the money would not be returned immediately. Because of their mistake, our card was declined when we tried to book another hotel for our family. We were left stranded trying to find another way to pay, and the situation became so stressful that the police were called during the dispute. A dirty, foul-smelling room is bad enough, but wrongfully charging a guest and tying up their money is completely unacceptable. This experience caused unnecessary stress for my family. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Very disappointed. I booked believing this was still SpringHill Suites by Marriott and discovered upon arrival that it is now Willow Grove Inn & Suites under IHG. Had I known that, I would’ve stayed elsewhere. The first room had a chewed-up straw in the windowsill and the door was already open. I was upgraded to a King Suite, but it wasn’t any better. Torn carpet exposing the wood underneath, a damaged toilet seat, a falling light fixture, stains in the tub and on the carpet, toothpaste left on the bathroom tile, a sink that barely drained, and an incredibly loud AC unit that didn’t cool the entire room. After paying nearly $600 for the week, I couldn’t even get a complimentary bottle of water—it was $4. The only positive was the convenient location. This hotel desperately needs renovations and a thorough room-by-room inspection. I will not stay here again.
