  Service from the staff...absolutely awful...worst I have ever experienced. they'll cancel your reservation without notification even after telling you when you come in before check in time before a conference...'hey you can come back later this evening--no problem ' I even offered to pay ahead...they said no need. Then canceled my reservation. Incredibly poor customer service. Called Motel 6 in Warminster...no problem. They said "We know about their reputation. Weve got you here." I am reporting Willow Grove Inn's awful customer service and business practices to both Expedia and corporate office. What a complete joke.

  Great stay at Willow Grove Inn. I had a reservation nearby, but they somehow double booked so I ended up here. The staff was very helpful and professional. Great breakfast, large rooms, comfortable beds. The only thing slightly off was that the room wasn’t completely clean. Great value for the price, though, and I would go back!

  One of the worst ihg hotels i have stayed in. Rooms are not cleaned well and also smell musty and old. Customer service was terrible the whole atmosphere when you walk in is not good. Ihg needs to revamp ths hotel very loud as well

  Needs work. If you are expecting an IHG hotel, don't go here. Hopefully they are planning on some remodeling because everything is old and worn out. Carpet was worn through to the tack strip exposing rusty nails for you to cut your foot on when you get out of the shower. I added another star because the room was spacious and I could tell at one point it was probably a lot nicer, also they allowed me to check in early. Maybe worth finding another option, not what I would expect from IHG. Edit: I removed that star because I thought i would try to tough it out for the night, but started smelling some funk and the pool is just not working. The sign is a banner attached to the building(was prevoiusly a Marriot Springhill). I had groups of people sitting right outside of my door having conversation. I eventually checked out(without sleep) and went to the Home2 suites, so much better. Now to take a shower in my new hotel to wash off the dirty itchyness from the Willow Grove Inn. Not IHG quality

  First time in a IHG property in a long time. Looks like this location is transition from Marriott. Great location right by the Turnpike! Rooms are above average. Front Desk staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Not a bad place to stay at all and I would not mind returning.
