- MMMr ManAug 25, 20261.0Paid 330 dollar per night for a very outdated old room. No wonder they had no pictures available on the app. No wash clothes available at all and toilet paper wasn’t refilled. Very dirty as well. And I couldn’t cancel my room and check out early to get a new hotel with a room from this decade. Holiday inns are always good but this one is not, I’d try the candlewood or holiday inn express as they have much better rooms and service.

- LWLouis WeberAug 9, 20262.0Terrible check in experience with Maureen. Called the reservation line to get early check in. They called Maureen and she said noon. Drive an hour there and she says "I didn't say that" Called the reservation line again l, they called hotel again, this time Maureen let us into a room. Asked for a quite room, she puts us right above the restaurant with a band until 10pm. Room was fine, a bit below what I was used to for a full service holiday inn.

It doesn’t help that half of the bulbs in my room are one color, and half are the other — I guess that’s just indifference. It’s all old, beige depressing — even if were in new condition, it kind of makes you wonder why a hotel was even designed like this, and people would pay to stay in it. There is no curtain that covers the window in my room. Only the thin translucent one. Anyway, they keep the surfaces you touch clean, but don’t seem to pay attention to the details. It’s a bit depressing, and about 10-15 years overdue for a gut reno. Skip.

It also stated free breakfast and because there was a restaurant in facility it did not offer free breakfast. It was overpriced and honestly fast food muffin sandwiches are better. They were too hard . It was 21$ for two sandwiches and potatoes. A bit too much
