  Booked the room to stay overnight after a long day of travel. Paid for a room to accommodate my family of five, but I arrive and they tell me that they don’t have that room. Meanwhile I log onto the IHG app and it says the exact room that I bought and paid for is available - 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. Front desk doesn’t care, blames the apps and says the only way to be sure to get the room I paid is to call and book directly with the front desk. Only wants to argue with me, interrupt me while I’m speaking. Meanwhile, the room (and hotel generally) is not in good condition. The floor is dirty, blackening our feet as we walk on it. It is damp and smells like wet dog. The bedding smells like the rest of the room, wet dog. The hotel is obviously being repaired, missing baseboards basically everywhere and some completely unfinished walls in living spaces. Red Roof Inn experience for Holiday Inn price. Will definitely check to see whether future IHG hotels are part of the Dunn Hospitality Group franchisees before booking another stay. Not concerned with actually furnishing the experience that they sell to guests.

  Lara front desk to start us off the kindness, having to write another one because Maureen at the front desk on way out was incredible-so kind, generous-the list goes on and Patrick-the flowers and grounds look great! Very clean hotel, great breakfast options, beautiful location, will HIGHLY suggest this to family and friends! Thank you all!

  However, it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It had a really bad smell, like something was rotting there. 260 dollars for one night without breakfast included

  I’m currently staying here right now. Been here 4 days. Have 3 more days to go. Been in and out 20 times. Not ONE word from front desk staff. Good morning, good evening, nothing. It’s 2 words. They seem very cold and unfriendly. It’s a shame because the rooms are nice, house keeping help is also very nice. But not the front desk. Guess it’s called express for a reason. Get in, get out. Zero hospitality from front desk staff. House keeping works A LOT harder than front desk and yet they are the most friendly and hospitable

  The good: Location! Close to all the fields and shopping centers. The bad: Rooms have an odor comparable to a wet dog/chlorine (Not just our room). The A/C can barely get the room to 70 degrees. Almost $300 per night. For the money absolutely not worth it. Would not stay here again.
