  I wish I could post my photos of this horrid place. Urine left in the toilet, dirty rags left in the shower, feces left under the toilet lid. The bathroom sink was clogged with someone else's hair. Trash cans in the hall were literally overflowing and the whole hallway smelled terrible. Orange fingerprint smudges on the "clean dishes". Zero chairs in the room, there's an island in the kitchen to eat at, but nowhere to sit. just two beds. Conveniently located right next to the highway with paper thin walls. Good luck sleeping, even if the mattresses are great! (The bed was extremely comfortable) I was traveling with my 85 yr old grandfather and asked for a room close by. Instead we had to go to the second floor and walk the entire way down the hall. (Inconvenient, but understandable, we booked late and got what we could get.) We were late getting into the hotel, stayed at UPMC Memorial (hospital) with my dying grandmother as long as possible. I didnt notice the dishes were dirty or that the bathroom was a disaster until my grandfather had already settled in for the night. I cleaned it myself, not wanting to disturb him again and make him go to another room. IHG gave me 10,000 pts and the hotel manager gave me a 10% refund. $50 off a $500 two-night stay! I would NEVER stay here again, and am seriously reconsidering my commitment to IHG properties.

  Awful experience. The gentleman at the front desk was nice. That's the only good thing I can say. The bathroom sink drains very slowly and the stopper was broken. The toilet paper holder was broken to the point that you had to balance it just right to hold anything. The carpet wasn't vacuumed. The kitchen floor must have been mopped with soap only... no water. It smelled so strongly that it's irritating to breathe. And, the soap sticks to shoes so that it's slippery when you're walking on it but sticky when you walk anywhere else. The property is dirty. It looks like the trash hadn't been taken out in several days

  Freshly remodeled hotel rooms are the best thing, service is always available and most of them friendly very well located only a walking distance from food shops and restaurants

  The hotel has nice rooms; however, the housekeeping standards are not very good. When we first checked into our room, the bathroom was dirty. The shower area had visible stains, the provided soap bars appeared to have been previously used, and some of the towels were stained as well. If you plan to stay for more than a week, housekeeping is only provided once a week upon request. Unfortunately, the service mainly consists of changing the bed sheets. The carpets are not vacuumed, the floors are neither swept nor mopped, and the bathroom is not cleaned. If the expectation is for guests to take care of the cleaning themselves, it would be reasonable to provide the necessary supplies, such as disinfectant, a broom, dustpan, toilet brush, mop, and other basic cleaning items. Overall, the rooms are pleasant, but the housekeeping service falls well below what I expected, and honestly, the overall service could be much better.

  A serviceable hotel that met our basic needs. Bed was comfortable. Just ok on the cleanliness.
