  Stayed one night, great location for our needs. Food and gas nearby. Beds were very comfy, the AC in the rooms is quiet (rare for a hotel). Pool and hot tub were clean. Good selection at breakfast. Quick and friendly check in. My only negative, I would have liked an actual bar of soap in the bathroom instead of the pump Dove 'hand wash' and 'body wash'.

  The rooms were very nice and clean. Location is in close enough proximity for all the things we did (white water rafting and biking). Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is exceptional!!

  I came to the Poconos for the MPact Car Event at the Pocono Raceway. This hotel was amazing. There was plenty of parking, Dove Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Body Lotion and, Hand Wash along with other amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, fluffy pillows, plenty of room, very clean, and friendly staff. I want to give a specific shout-out of appreciation to Anthony Murano. Anthony happened to be the person I dealt with the most. Anthony was helpful, knowledgeable, and just wonderful in general. I dont normally write reviews but Anthony's GREAT service made me want to let everyone know that if you are looking for an affordable, clean hotel in the area stay at this Holiday Inn Express.

  This hotel is an option for those wishing to explore Jim Thorpe, a 20-25 minute drive down the PA turnpike. The hotel is right off of the turnpike, so it's best to ask for a room that faces the parking lot. The staff are professional and welcoming. The room is what we've come to expect from a Holiday Inn Express - microwave, fridge (but unfortunately no freezer section), relatively comfortable beds, etc. The rooms are a bit dated, but generally clean and spacious. We were given a quiet room at the end of the hallway, just as we asked for. The major issue we had is that the room was extremely humid. For example, the bathing suits we hung in the bathroom to dry were still damp over 24 hours later and our bathroom towels never fully dried. The humidity made the room feel clammy and uncomfortable, even with the AC running. I don't know if this was just an issue with our room or a more practice issue. It did negatively impact the quality of our sleep.

  Super friendly staff very clean rooms, the coffee was fantastic and available 24/7 as was hot water for tea. Staying here for a festival, the hot tub and swimming pool were a fantastic winddown/up. Will definitely be here again as soon as we can!!!!
