  I came here for a weekend get away with my father I loved this place as a child. But this hotel was just awful. Very nice people but the hotel room we paid for the highest end suite being platinum members and first thing I see is dirt and hair on my sheets. They were folded neatly doesnt change the fact they were unwashed. The bathroom was not much better. Hair both in the sink and all in the tub of the bathroom. I love that I had to clean my own room first thing from putting my bags down after just checking in. Sad thing is the room right across from us was being serviced and I looked inside. I saw it look the same folded looked neat but dirty sheets. After getting back into my room where im trying to relax a new problem occurs. The wifi is god awful here good luck even trying to stream to the tvs. Yes there are nice but the internet is so bad. Every time I would cast to the tv I could maybe watch 10 mins with my father before it would buffer on a simple youtube video or it would straight up crash and disconnect my phone. We know its not our devices because we tired with his phone as well same problem. But when I turn on my mobile Hotspot it seems to run great but im not running up my data bill for the month when im already pay 157 a night at a hotel that ridiculous. All and all I would not come back here unless management got there cleaning staff together and updated the wifi. Food was nice but its a simple breakfast nothing special. Again im paying for a hotel not a motel. Hope its better in a year when I come back with the family to visit if not then you have lost a valuable customer business and family of over 25 years.

  We reserved a block at this hotel for our 10/03/2026 wedding. I first want to recognize the staff. They were absolutely incredible. They were so kind and attentive from the moment we walked into the hotel. Everyone seemed to know it was our wedding and constantly made us feel so special. When we got back to the hotel after our reception, the staff set up our room with rose peddles and champagne. I truly can not thank the staff enough for their kindness! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area!

  We had a great experience with the service we recieved first with the call looking for a rooom. The front desk clerk was very helpful at getting us a room that would accommodate our severe mobility issues. Upon check in the clerk was very busy to trying to shuffle customer room needs and housekeeping updated information but stayed very friendly when under pressure. The evening was quiet and peaceful being out off the main roadway tucked back in off the main strip. There was an amazing Italian pizzeria called Antonio's about 7 min away. The room was updated, clean with comfortable beds and great pillows. Management platform tall beds while the comfortable mattresses but height is difficult for people with mobility issues.

  The hotel is very nice, manager came to our table at breakfast time said hi to us and joked around for a bit I really loved that. Breakfast is great and our room is humongous over 400 sq feet, very good location about 25 min from Jim Thorpe

  Our room floors were filthy. I walked around in my socks for less than 10 minutes and they had black gunk caked on them. The hotel was under construction so the gap under the door made the noise levels 10 xs higher, we didn't sleep, and we were on the final night of our honeymoon. Woke up to a construction crew yelling in Spanish outside our door, and using a carpet hammer a few feet from our door constant for an entire hour while we showered to leave. I expressed my concerns with the front desk, and both desk clerks just stared at me. I let them know that we were extremely disappointed, as we have been using IHG for almost 30 years regularly for both business and pleasure. They should not be placing people in rooms near any kind of construction. The hall was cluttered with htools, men and more when we left.
