  Friendly, accommodating staff, comfy beds, clean rooms, everything works nothing broken. My dad was in the Shadyside hospital and the front desk staff all helped accommodate my stay by easily adding on days as I found out I needed them. The breakfast included here is excellent, too, including omelets, bacon, biscuits, sausage, bagles, muffins, fresh juice and fruit, fresh ground coffee, pancakes and yogurt in a nice spacious dinning area. Great stay.

  Rooms are filthy, smell like smoke, doors to the outside don't lock, elevator broken, shady characters abound. Somehow, this place is full this weekend. The staff is nice but I will be glad to check out. Construction all around the area right now makes every drive 5x longer. Pay a little more and stay someplace else. Nothing here is convenient or nice.

  I'm an IHG Silver Elite member, so I stay at my fair share of IHG properties. While the service at this location was great, the rooms and the facility itself need a makeover. The shower in my room had a significant crack in the middle of it. The furniture in the room and the hallways in the hotel definitely are showing signs of age along with wear & tear. The location is fine, although it's a bit tricky to exit the parking lot and go where you want to go. Once has to go around the parking lot and out the back of the lot in order to go left. Right hand turns out of the main entrance is not an issue, but left turns are not allowed from there. If I had to stay there again, I wouldn't think I was staying in a terrible location, but I certainly would choose to stay elsewhere next time I am in the area.
