  Great hotel in good downtown location! Almost everything about this hotel was a positive, with a small qualified negative. Great location close to many restaurants because it’s in a central downtown area. Self parking, for an extra $10 a night, conveniently right next door in a garage. Very comfortable mattress, spotless and extremely quiet rooms, good hotel bar, very friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t care for the seafood menu in the restaurant, but it was always crowded and popular. That’s probably on me. Highly recommend this hotel. One small negative, mostly related to my age. The shower stall was very modern and roomy, with ample hot water, but unfortunately it didn’t have a single handle to grab on to. I’m in my mid 70’s and like the security of holding on while taking a shower. This may not apply to you, if you are younger and more spry than I am. Perhaps other bathrooms may have this amenity, but I didn’t ask. Overall very positive experience.

  A great hotel in a cool town. Everything is so new and clean. Our room was very spacious and the service was so friendly. Everything you’d expect out of a Hotel Indigo. Special shoutout to Josh who really made us feel welcome. His hospitality and attitude was really refreshing. 10/10 stay

  We stayed at Hotel Indigo for our wedding weekend and cannot recommend highly enough! Linda and Gianna were so helpful throughout the process and were knowledgeable and responsive. The rooms were clean, modern, and beautiful. I also rented one of the conferences rooms for bridal hair and makeup which was amazing and spacious. The food options we selected for the morning were all delicious! In the heart of town with an incredible restaurant attached, cannot recommend enough!

  We worked with the Hotel Indigo in West Chester for our wedding, and they were such an unsung hero. Linda responded to about 400 emails from both myself and my mom during the entire process, and was so kind and helpful throughout the entire time we worked with her. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is lovely and responsive, and it's amazing that they're dog friendly!! We were able to have our pup stay with us, and they helped us work through the logistics of her being picked up by someone else for transport to the wedding. We live nearby, and it's almost disappointing because we don't have a reason to stay here when we're in town. I highly, highly recommend this team for both regular hotel stays and wedding blocks!!

  I arrived late and walked into the hotel shortly after midnight after a long day of traveling. I was barely acknowledged by the night staff. Which made me wonder about security and safety. After aprroaching the desk to check in, I was given my room key without any information about the hotel and surrounding area. I found the bar in the basement and ordered a drink at 12:20. 15 minutes later ordered another but was denied. The bartender said they already had last call. I was surprised as the bar was pretty full and is advertised to be open until 1am. My room was nice and comfortable. But housekeeping was minimal. I didn't get new glasses or a clean ice bucket daily and no vacuuming has done. The staff working at the front desk during the day seemed a little more friendly then the night shift. The lobby provides ice water for guests but complimentary coffee would sure be nice. I was told free coffee is available in the rooms. It is if you want to use pods and the little coffee maker. Not my favorite.
