- DWD W3 days ago2.0Nice rooms. It's difficult to get to coming from 202 South and difficult to leave heading North. Nice rooms but we had a horrible experience. We checked in on a Thursday night, unpacked, slept the night, and left earlier for a once in a lifetime experience in Philadelphia. Upon returning our key didn't work. They rekeyed it however we found people in asleep in our room. Then then told us they were all booked however our belongings be had not yet been identified. After a long time and many excuses by they found most of our things and found a room. They claim that since we booked through a third party that they would address compensation after we checked out. According to the third party, Southwest, the management admits their mistake but weeks later still refuses to address compensation for the inconvenience and some missing items I would not recommend.

- RRRJun 16, 20265.0Due to a flight cancellation at PHIL airport, the airline arranged overnight accommodations for passengers at this hotel. The hotel provided a very satisfactory experience. Kenya or Kendra (can remember exact name)the night shift hotel clerk, offered exceptional service. The rooms are contemporary and immaculate, featuring comfortable bedding. The pool area was pristine and well-appointed with quality furnishings. Complimentary breakfast commences at 6 AM, with a spacious dining area available. Snacks and beverages are accessible for purchase near the check-in counter. Philadelphia Airport is about 45 minutes away.
