  The room itself was very nice. We brought swimsuits because they list that there is a heated pool. It can’t really possibly be heated because it was freezing. My husband couldn’t even get in and he can handle cold water. Even if it had been warm we wouldn’t have gotten in because it was filthy. The only other issue was we were on the first floor and all we heard all night long and all morning was stomping above us. I asked the receptionist what was above our room and she said it was a guest room. I just couldn’t imagine a guest up all night stomping and pacing. And it didn’t sound like kids. Maybe the production of “Stomp” is coming to Pittsburgh and they were practicing. Or maybe it was someone on some type of substance and they were up pacing the floor all night.

  Only one gripe...but it's a substantial one. Who sets up a whole two-room suite with just one USB outlet? If you have other ways of juicing up your devices it's not an issue but even a solo traveler would want more than just one outlet. The waffle iron at breakfast was a nice touch, once you figure out how it works.

  This hotel was nice. Good location with a smooth check-in and excellent customer service. The room was nice, big, and clean. The included breakfast was good including the friendly attendant. We didn't utilize the pool or fitness center. I, unfortunately, would not stay here again. The bed was uncomfortably stiff and hard. I barely slept and kept waking up. I would compare the mattress to plywood with cardboard stacked on top with sheets and a comforter. Aside from the bed, everything else was great!

  Amazing pet friendly hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was so friendly and the breakfast was tasty! Easy on/off the turnpike, so we stayed both ways on our trip from WI to DC. Will be back!

  I LOVE this hotel. I travel for work a lot and have experienced lots of hotels. This is my favorite to come to because everyone is always so pleasant. The rooms are crisp and clean and everything is in good condition. They have direct tv, the beds are soft and it’s in a quieter area, so no outside noise. Always my go to in the Cranberry area!
