  Rooms were clean, beds are comfy, showers have good water pressure and didn't want to stop showering..but room 336 smells like pickles when you first walk in and then it seems to go away. I don't recommend room 336 for the smell.

  Comfortable place. Good breakfast. Dove soaps were a plus. Close to a Walmart and shops. I just wish the hot tub was working and the indoor pool was warm. Otherwise, great place to stay.

  The hotel had the best staff and rooms. Huge breakfast room with plenty to eat. The pool was nice. It was so clean and well maintained.

  I just called the front desk and the receptionist, Melissa, was very unhelpful and dismissive. First, she’s arguing with me about whether or not my reservation on Saturday is paid for. My reservation was part of a free room offer, so it is paid for. So she doubles down with “well, we still need a card on file for incidentals”. Of course you do as that is the standard practice but that surely wasn’t the reason for my call and her response was done in a way like she was annoyed with me. When I asked to speak with the manager, she has no idea when he gets in and cannot even give an estimate. Not a surprise. I will consider revising this review if the service from management improves. But Melissa, please find another job because you clearly don’t like helping people in this establishment. I’m really disappointed in you especially since I really like IHG properties in general and this is an atypical experience. Update 8/11: I called the hotel multiple times on 8/11. Unfortunately, no one answered the first three times I called. Once I finally got someone to answer, the receptionist was kind. Update 8/15: When my sister attempted to check-in, she had to call me because the receptionist had not added her name to the reservation like I asked her to do on 8/11. However, the receptionist working at that time handled it very professionally and rectified the situation quickly. Update 8/16: My sister had no issues with the room. There were a lot of kids in the pool so she didn’t get to enjoy that portion since she went to stay at the hotel for a day of peace and quiet. I’m going to upgrade my rating to a 3/5. I’d still give them another shot though.

  Stayed here Sunday night July 12th.....Good location for our needs, room was nice and clean but WISH WE WOULD HAVE READ OTHER REVIEWS regarding parties etc at this location. When we checked in there was a childs birthday party happening and they had the whole dining area and pool area completely taken over with loud behavior but it was only 7pm so we silently hoped it would quiet down....about 11pm we were woken up by slamming doors loud screaming and yelling in the hallways, someone slamming the luggage cart in to our door. It was absolutely out of control and NOTHING was done to stop this. We were there to attend a funeral the following morning and we got no rest until after 1230pm. When we said something at the checkout desk the following morning, the lady said "yeah I heard it mentioned" and that was all. If you are going to use your hotel as a party venue, then you should have control of the behavior of those guest and make sure the rest of your guests can get the restful night sleep we are paying for.
