  Friendly, kind staff and clean, spacious rooms. Our kids loved the indoor pool! The breakfast options are delicious, and Harry was very kind, greeting my kids every morning with chocolate milks. Will definitely stay again!

  My family and i stayed at the hotel on Sunday 10/11/26 until Monday 10/12/26. We went to camel back resorts with the kids. We went downstairs for the complimentary breakfast on Monday morning. Harry and as present, he attended to us and ensured we had everything we needed. I have an autistic daughter who can be picky and isn’t very sociable; Harry was able to make suggestions for her that worked out well. We plan on returning soon and will stay here again based on the excellent experience we received from Harry.

  Hotel and room was average. Room and lobby as an odor. Kind of like a sour or wet carpet smell. I booked a 2 bed room but they gave me a king and said they had no other rooms rather disappointing. $300+ rate was not worth it but nothing else was available.

  All the important stuff was great. Comfy bed, clean room, hot shower. We couldn’t figure out the chrome cast on the tv to watch something but we settled on some movie on tv and went to bed early after a 10 hour drive in the car.

  What a wonderful stay I had at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most lovely young lady at the front desk, Analee. She was so sweet, welcoming, and friendly, and check-in was a breeze. She even surprised me with a thoughtful gift bag that included waters and a pack of chips. That little gesture truly made me feel welcomed! The hotel itself was immaculate, peaceful, and very well maintained. The pool was also extremely clean and inviting. The next morning, the beautiful ladies serving breakfast were absolutely amazing. Asama, Kathy, Maria, and another lovely lady whose name I unfortunately forgot were all so helpful and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided such wonderful hospitality. I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend it for another night! Ciara at the front desk was just as lovely as Analee and accommodated my request with no problem at all. The staff at this Holiday Inn truly rocks! Everyone was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. This was my second time staying here, and both experiences have been wonderful. Thank you so much to the entire staff for making my stays so enjoyable. Your kindness and hospitality definitely do not go unnoticed!
