  A very clean hotel. Located near Sight and Sound Theater. Continental breakfast with lots of choices. Posted quiet hours signs.

  The hotel is really nice, great location, very clean room, really comfortable bed. BUT my room’s (301) AC unit was very loud so I barely slept (in fact writing this at 4 in the morning). I did ask the front desk for ear plugs but they didn’t have any and the hotel is booked so another room wasn’t an option. Really a bummer - was looking forward to a good nights sleep and not being too tired to drive back to DC. I still recommend this hotel as long the AC unit works properly.

  It's a very nice hotel, the rooms are large, the bed is comfy in the room was clean. Overall a very nice experience, the reason why I'm giving it a low review is because the hotel was advertised as having electric vehicle charging when that is no longer the case, if that's not something that concerns you is a nice hotel. But when I asked the lady at the front desk about that she said it was 35 dollars per charge which is frankly ludicrous at least as far as flat fees are concerned. Obviously the most common ways are to restrict it to active guests or charge my the kilowatt hour but sure a flat fee, whatever. I go around and find the chargerss, they light up but don't provide power scan the QR Code on them, says the chargers aren't configured to accept payment. But I recognize the machine and I go and call the number for support, when I reach customer service with epic charging, they tell me that the property management company terminated their contract with epic charging and that the machines are disabled. This feels like a bait and switch, I chose this property because it was advertised as having electric charging only to find it not available.

  Stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding at Drumore Mill. Very happy with our stay. From check-in to check-out, we have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We were surprised at how big the room was. Every employee we met or passed in the halls were friendly. Each morning, we enjoyed the breakfast very much. The egg white veggie omelet and turkey sausage were delicious. Loved the assortment of juices offered as well as breads/bagels. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit all the attractions around Strasberg. It's just around the corner from great shops and great eateries, as well as the Strasburg Railroad and the railroad museum.

  Making a reservation here was very difficult. Customer service was lacking big time! Language barrier was an issue! No consideration for the guest!
