- WYWendy YurkaninOct 8, 20265.0Anna was amazing! I had booked the wrong dates and she helped me change the reservation and find two rooms for us across the hall from each other. Anna went above and beyond to help!!!
- SBSteven BrennanOct 2, 20265.0So...this place is an older facility and does not have the more modern rooms, multiple elevators and large "breakfast room" of the more recently built hotels. BUT...the place was immaculate and the staff the most helpful and happy to please ever....and that's what will bring me back.
- ABAnna BrennanOct 2, 20265.0Immaculate! Great staff! Wonderful breakfast!
- MPMaria P.Sep 13, 20265.0Stopped here for an overnight stay - at 10 pm only 2 rooms left. Got a King suite - price was reasonable with taxes for a Saturday night. Lisa was extremely helpful and cheerful for a busy rainy night. Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It had two chairs, a couch, separate sink area from the toilet/shower and a fresh bed. Best of all - they had carpet - no cold flooring. I realize that vinyl flooring is easier to clean but I can't stand the cold, slippery floor. The breakfast was hot and had a nice variety of items. They had gluten free and vegetarian options too. Overall, this was a great hotel. It was our first time here - we usually stay at Best Western but I am loving me some Holiday Inn. We might stay an extra day depending the weather since this hotel is conveniently located between the Elk viewing area/state park and the Kinzua Bridge. Yes, we stayed and every employee we met during our stay was a delight - thanks so much.
