  I booked the jacuzzi suite and it’s very nice room. Clean and the tub was exactly what I needed on a Sunday rainy Fall day. The bed is so comfortable I slept like dead each night. Will book here next time I’m in town.

  ⭐️ 1 STAR — Apparently “Best” Is Doing A LOT of Heavy Lifting If this is what Best Western considers acceptable, I’d hate to see what the worst hotel looks like. Let’s start with the bathtub. Apparently, taking a shower here comes with a complimentary dirty-water bath. The drain was completely clogged, so while I was showering, the tub filled up with disgusting water. Because clearly that wasn’t bad enough, I had to use my bare hands to unclog the drain myself just so I could finish taking a shower. Nothing says “luxury hotel experience” quite like doing your own plumbing. Then there’s the carpet. It was sticky enough to make me wonder what exactly had been spilled there and whether anyone had bothered cleaning it afterward. Apparently, vacuuming is considered deep cleaning. The window shades looked like they’ve been hanging there since the hotel opened. They’re so old and worn out that they barely block any light. Want to sleep in? Good luck. The sun will be checking in before you do. And let’s talk about housekeeping. I politely asked for two towels and was met with an attitude and an “Ughhh, for what room?” yelled back at me. I’m sorry — I didn’t realize requesting towels was such an outrageous inconvenience. Maybe next time I’ll bring my own towels, drain snake, cleaning supplies, and Wi-Fi router. Speaking of Wi-Fi — don’t expect it to work if you’re staying upstairs. Apparently the Wi-Fi has decided that the upper floors are outside its service area. You’d think in 2026, a hotel could manage to provide Wi-Fi throughout the entire building, but apparently that’s asking for too much. This entire stay felt like I was paying hotel prices for a room that was barely being maintained. Clogged bathtub, dirty water, sticky carpet, ancient shades, unreliable Wi-Fi, and rude staff — all bundled together for one unforgettable experience. I came to a hotel to relax, not unclog a bathtub with my hands and fight with housekeeping for towels. Definitely not staying here again. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

  Very disappointed about not having a coffee maker IN my room. I drink coffee throughout the day and it's a major comfort for when we are away from home, just the smell of brewing coffee helps make the room more comfortable. We got in later, 745pm. After checking in and realizing there was no coffee maker, I went back down at 9pm, the pots in the lobby were empty, so I asked the front desk for a coffeemaker. Fresh brewed decaf made a more relaxing evening :)
