We traveled to Indiana's Amish Country on a group tour with Lenzner Lines LLC, and the trip was smooth from start to finish. Our driver, Keith Thorsen, was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced with group travel — he navigated the route between Howe, Middlebury, Topeka, Wolcottville, and Shipshewana with ease and always had us right on schedule. The coach itself was clean and comfortable for our multi-day trip. Keith made every leg of the journey enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend Lenzner Lines for group tours

I've never had a bad trip experience but I would just like to know a little more about the pickup places. I completely understand you have to arrange centralized areas for people to access but wondered if I was the only one concerned about being downtown Pittsburgh. I'm not saying move the stop out of town, just, wondering why there?

I reserved a 51-passenger coach for a work event. Everything ran smoothly, and communication with the office and driver were great. Thank you so much!

This was my first bus trip and it had some pluses and minuses. The pluses.. The tour director was great as was the driver. Had interesting stops as add-ons but nothing spectacular. The minuses were the fact that the entertainment was not exactly family friendly and we had an 11 year old with us. Wish we had known this fact, as we definitely would have skipped it. Need to put this info in program description. Add-ons could have been skipped also. Seemed like just fillers to take up time. Would rather the tour be shorter and less expensive, than waste my time coloring.
