- EWEric Westmoreland5 days ago5.0I had stayed in more expensive and fancier hotels on my trip and this one was the most comfortable stay I had. The room was clean, the shower had good water pressure, the staff was friendly and went out of their way, the breakfast was well stocked with a variety of options. When I woke up I had misty mountains in my window.
- RPRebecca Phelan5 days ago1.0I’m not a smoker and was charged $277 and some odd cents. They claimed the smoke was unbearable in the room Again, I am not a smoker. I have never been a smoker and I am furious. My son of 26 just passed suddenly he was very healthy. He was in the army and also a CO at Rockview state prison. I am responsible for all the monies that go into The funeral burial, headstone, etc. so that put a hurting on my wallet. And I am appalled at how I was treated and talk to So to all who stay there, beware it seems to me all they want is extra money And even when I explain the situation I was dismissed

We had no reservations. We were very grateful that they had open rooms. My husband and I could not be more impressed with this hotel!! It smells great inside, the rooms are clean, hallways are clean, and they have good quality rooms!! And the staff are nice, polite, helpful, and provided excellent costumer service! We were planning on staying one night but coming back from the wedding Saturday night, We decided to book another night. We do not live in Pennsylvania, so this hotel felt safe and is safe! My husband and I had made some stops along the way in neighborhoods that were not the best..so this hotel was a safe haven for us and we were so greateful to stay here! I highly recommend!! If my husband and I are going to travel again in this area, we will absolutely book this place!

Asked desk clerk to have owner move motorcycle completely blocking sidewalk - next morning motorcycle was in the exact same spot. Wanted to report a problem with slow draining sink - no one at front desk. Floor of walk in shower was EXCEEDINGLY slippery, with the only hand hold located at the entrance to the shower. Location great but will consider a different hotel for next visit to the area.

Great conditions, 100% cleanliness, total comfort, great pool, friendly staff. Great breakfast, great service. We have a family of 5, with little kids, so definitely needed the extra accommodations. This place took care of us, and we'll definitely be staying at future IHG sites, especially the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Love it!!! ❤️
