Ill start with the bad. Someone who worked there busted into our room at around 1030pm on our 2nd night. Thank God my mother had put on the top latch because the sound of the door banging against it made us jump awake. The worker apologized and said the front desk told them we had already left. Which I find disturbing because I doubt youre cleaning rooms at 10pm. And I brought this up while checking out and during a call with the manager and was offered no accommodation and still havent received a call or email that I was promised. Next, the rooms were OK. The bathroom was VERY small. But it was clean and functional. The fridge could have been cleaner and honestly having the coffee pot in the bathroom is a HUGE turnoff. But I do have an issue with how I still havent received any correspondence regarding the staff entering our room. Especially when we were told the first night that they dont even clean the rooms everyday so we had to ask for more than 2 towels.

The sure stay hotel has been the most wonderful experience out of all the hotels in the reading area ! The staff is absolutely phenomenal! They are the kindest and most curtious group of women . They are knowledgeable and very quick to help with anything that will make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had absolutely zero complaints with this hotel and I would recommend anyone traveling to to the reading area to make this there first choice, hands down 5 stars all the way!

Most expensive and most lacking hotel in the area, last time I'll be visiting, smallest tv screen I've seen in a long time, lackluster service, price just isn't worth it compared to close by spots.

Lisa and Janelle were amazing! They gave us such good service, and also, we loved the breakfasts!

Photos lie. Not what your think when you arrive. Antiquated and stink. Friendly staff so far. Definitely need an updated and refresh. Quick one night, anything over that pay the additional for better.
