  The manager here, Irene? Celine? Serene? Was aweful. There was an issue with our "third party" reservation. We paid in full before our stay but the hotel was trying to charge us extra taxes. I spent over an hour on the phone with the reservation company trying to get it resolved, when we figured out the hotel had charged us the wrong thing, she told us we could not check out until it was resolved or we would be charged the taxes anyway through our incidental hold. The room was good and we did not warrant any incidental charge but they still took out the extra fee until they can get it resolved next week. Now, my problem is, we did everything we were suppossed to and everyone agreed (including the horrid manager) that the Hotel was responsible in fixing the issue, but she left the charge on us anyway, which means she has no incentive to fix it next week, and now I have to follow up and its a whole thing. She was incredibly unprofessional and when I was upset that she was stealing my money, I said I wasn't going to leave until it was resolved, she called the police. BE VERY CAREFUL HERE, THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA AND CAUSE A SCENE.

  Petty thieves, added charges to our account, took our incedentals money and blamed the third party help desk they work with. Manager need to go back on her meds cuz she came out very excited and started yelling "why would I do that" and didnt listen to a thing we said. After a long dispute over the phone with the help desk, I have a recording of her (the manager) admitting that we "deserve our incidental charge" back but they need to get the extra money out of someone and we were the simplest. Managers name is Irene I believe. I asked and she ran to her office in the corner. She has now threatened to call the cops because we are owed money. Update it may be Carlene.

  I’m a Veteran with 100% disability with Ptsd I was having an episode and haven’t slept for two days and was unable to travel. I called the hotel and they would not refund my money. So I will never book with Holiday in again. I hope they will treat veterans better next time.
