  Habitación limpia, estacionamiento amplio ,suficiente estacionamiento para personas con discapacidades, accesible en silla de ruedas 👩‍🦽,elevador , personal atento y amable ,precios razonables, definitivamente me hospedaria otra vez .

  No issues. Room was clean, staff was courteous. We only stayed one night and enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

  It's your basic Best Western hotel room. It is convenient, comfortable, and clean. Albeit, the furniture in rooms could stand to be wiped down but we didn't really use the dresser for anything. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great but enough to rinse hair and soap. It is convenientally located close to Montage Mountain so getting there after a rowdy night is pretty simple and quick. The airport and LifeFlight is also very close by but you wouldn't know it with how quiet it was. I wasn't impressed with the breakfast offerings but its okay because I don't usually eat alot in the mornings, my son was starving and filled right up before our trip home. I did notice that the host was NOT wearing plastic gloves when serving/dealing with the food in the kitchenette which bothered me. If you're used to the Hilton, go to a Hilton, but this place definitely took well care of us for the night. I am also that person who walks in and tears the furniture apart first thing to check for any signs of bedbugs or any kind of creepy crawlers and there were none! It's CLEAN minus a little dust here & there.

  I booked to stay at this hotel and then canceled 1hr later because of the negative reviews they don't want to refund me such a unfair practice

  Great helpful Staff..Jaime the Night Auditor was both kind and professional..we lost our power and she helped us with the booking of the room..ll30 at night..she also told us about the Park and Fly option..you can park your car there for a fee if you are using the AVP to travel..good to know👍🏼 Michelle at the front desk was also very helpful. The rooms were very clean. They had a nice continental breakfast Good water pressure..Large TV ..micro and fridge. We Highly Recommend
