- LRLeigh Rutkoski4 days ago2.0From our arrival to our departure very disappointing. Unable to move to a room on the back away from the highway noise. Got to the room and had no hot water in the shower. Beds okay, pillows flat. Air wouldn't go below 72 even when set on 61. Unable to get printed receipt on checkout. One positive- they have a shuttle to the airport at 430 am.
- CKCraig KordicOct 4, 20263.0I booked this hotel out of utter desperation when I was stranded at the WB-Scranton Int''l Airport in PA, USA. I called the hotel from the airport to book a room a room and they changed me $200 for a night! GAUGING!
- CScritical se7enOct 2, 20261.0There was mold in my room accompanied by a bad smell. Outside the front door is infested with spotted latern flies that land on you every time walking in or out
- MBMrs. BresetteSep 27, 20261.0This has to be the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The beds are so uncomfortable. Two different rooms exact same problems bad plumbing sinks wont drain, sinks only dribble water out, shower curtains are so gross I was afraid to touch them. Housekeeping never came to or room for 4 days, we had to take the trash out, and our towels, everynight same issue of having to ask front desk for towels, trash bags , and toilet paper. The bathroom floor under the sinks is so sticky and yellow Im only assuming its urine. This by far is the dirtiest hotel in my opinion. Room 312 and ROOM 417
