  First came here in 2023 for Anthrocon, then came back in 2024 and 2026. Exceptional service from hotel staff. I'm a housekeeper myself and each time we stayed, it has always been very clean in the rooms. A full kitchen works out great for our stay and the complementary breakfast is also very good. Will continue to come back and stay during each Anthrocon!! Keep up your phenomenal work, staff! This fish loves you! ❤️ 🐟

  The place is great. Everything is walking distance. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is nice. They also have social hours in the evening from Mon to Wed. Just note that the pool is closed. Like there is no pool anymore. I booked this hotel for the pool but was disappointed when they told me they closed it. But overall the place is great!

  FYI...you should know. I have parked at this hotel for airport travel for over six years and always felt comfortable leaving my car because staff consistently directed me to park in the front lot, where they said they had cameras and my car could be on video. Unfortunately, while I was away, in May my vehicle was hit by another parker, resulting in $5,500 in damage. The hotel did some minor investigation but ultimately took no responsibility. I later learned that the cameras only cover a limited portion of the parking lot, so there was no footage available to identify what happened. I understand there is a parking waiver, but after years of loyalty, referrals, and support for this business, I am very disappointed with the outcome. I will be finding another place to park in the future. Be careful there. And by the way, the police report has been fixed to show that I reported it the same night I found the car. Two sides to every story. Just beware. I just don't feel safe there now.

  Best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile, possibly ever. The amazing lady that works breakfast makes HOMEMADE pastries EVERY morning. Monday was strawberry shortcake angelfood cake (see photo), wednesday was pistachio, both absolutely incredible. Monday-Wednesday night is FREE dinner and drinks including alcoholic beverages. I’ve had free dinners at hotels before, but NOTHING to this extent. The Monday I was there they had Kielbasa, mashed potato’s, sauerkraut, and cheese breadsticks, knocked it out of the park! Kitchenette in the room. And finally service that reminds me of pre-covid times. Used to be when I traveled on the road and I had to shift my stay it wasn’t a problem. For whatever reason I’ve had issues lately and it’s been pulling teeth to edit it. This was a business trip booked through my work and I needed to fly out a day earlier than most others. There had been an error on our end and the gentleman at the front desk checked me out no questions asked, said a few others from our group also had to check out a day early and he would be scrambling to find another person to clean the rooms, but didn’t try to say I couldn’t leave early or they wouldn’t reimburse for the last night that I wasn’t staying or anything like that. Such a breath of fresh air. Only downside was the showers, both pressure and temperature, but completely worth it for literally everything else which were all positives knocking it out of the park. Anytime I’m in Pittsburgh this will be my home base, thank you Staybridge Suites for your hospitality 😃.

  Came for Morgan wallen concert. The front desk people were so kind, happy and helpful!! Everyone of them we saw!!! Our breakfast was great and the duo running the show was OUTSTANDING!! So funny and friendly!! Made me bacon when it wasn’t even on the buffet! I stink at remembering names especially after drinking lol. But I called them My friends because that is the way the hospitality was!!!! I would definitely recommend and stay again!!!! Hotel was very clean. Thank you ! Birthday girl in 318🥰
