  Nice large room and big bathroom. Everyone is polite. I would recommend more light options in the room.

  I chose the indigo hotel because this is one of the few places that allow pets. Unfortunately, their pet fee is not advertised anywhere so you have to call. A pet fee for the dog is $70 per night. Additionally, they do not offer valet with the Hotel. It’s a separate company which operates in the lobby and it is $32 a night for Pittsburgh. That is insane. The room itself was not amazing. Multiple chips in the walls and the floor was dirty. Only after a couple uses that I realize that the door had issues as well. It did not lock on its own, so you had to ensure that you manually closed it all the way, so you can hear the lock. I didn’t realize this earlier on as well, but if you push on the door, it actually gives which seems like a security risk. I have videos and pictures of the issues however, unfortunately, they reviewed does not allow me to upload them. The bed was comfortable and I managed to get a good nights sleep. I would not give this a four or five star review however.

  Amazing experience. Room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable. Dee, who checked me in, is my absolute favorite. She was extremely kind and informative. Mike, in the restaurant, was also fantastic. Highly recommend. They only thing this hotel needs is a check in puppy :)

  There are people who simply do their job, and then there are people like **Dee Collins** I travel almost every weekend for work, and over the years I’ve stayed in countless hotels across more than 45 states in the U.S. I’ve met so many people in the hospitality industry, but I can honestly say that the level of service and genuine care you gave me was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. From the very first moment we met, you made me feel so welcome, comfortable, and cared for. You didn’t treat me like just another guest you treated me like I was a guest in your own home. Every interaction felt personal, warm, and sincere, and you always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What makes you so special is that your kindness never felt forced or like part of the job. It came straight from the heart, and that’s incredibly rare to find. You turned what could have been just another hotel stay into an experience I’ll always remember. Thank you for your kindness, your generosity, and for making me feel so valued. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at across the United States, your hospitality stands above them all. You are truly one of a kind, and this hotel is incredibly lucky to have you.You are their greatest asset.

  First and foremost, the staff were all friendly and so helpful. My brain was in "forget-mode" all weekend and the staff saved me. I left my phone on the desk at checkout and they had it waiting for me when I got there. I accidentally left my purse in the car and the valet brought the car right back with a smile. And when I left my jug of water by the front door and left, it was waiting in my room for me when I returned that night. Not many places/people can be bothered to go that extra mile anymore and it was so appreciated! The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Lots of good places to grab food within walking distance, as is a Target if you forgot anything. We will definitely plan on staying here again.
