    We had a great stay and were very happy with this hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we had a fantastic view from our room. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel also offers free parking and breakfast, which was a big plus, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive from downtown Pittsburgh. I had seen some negative reviews before arriving, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but our experience was completely different. We had no issues at all and were very satisfied with our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

    Hotel posizionato leggermente fuori dal centro, ma vicino a una fermata del bus che ci ha permesso di raggiungere il centro senza problemi. Camere spaziose e pulite, con saponi e crema idratante per il corpo marchiate Dove, buonissimi! Servizio gratuito di caffè, the/tisane e acqua a disposizione e colazione molto varia, dal dolce al salato. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito! Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

    I recently stayed here because I needed to be in Pittsburgh for some medical visits and my daughter lives in close proximity. While my interaction with staff was minimal, the interactions were only okay. Check in was easy, but the gentleman who checked me in didn't give me any information about the hotel amenities such as pool hours, fitness center, or breakfast, and generally didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The first one had dirty sheets, and the second bed literally had a large hole in the mattress. Since it was late and my interaction with staff during check in was subpar, and I was only staying 2 nights I just slept in the bed with the bad mattress. I will not be staying again. There are plenty of air b&bs in the area.

    Nyheima at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond in helping us find a suitable room. The parking was plentiful and the facilities were well maintained. This hotel made our visit to Pittsburgh a very pleasant experience.
