- WBWilliam Black3 days ago4.0Nice hotel clean neat good service a little dated but pleasant
- BDBarb Disalvo4 days ago4.0This is an older hotel, but it's close to downtown Pittsburgh and stadiums. There is a bar resturants right next door. The breakfast buffet was good. Rooms were clean.
- EWElizabeth WamsleyOct 4, 20262.0Booked this place for a weekend getaway, but unfortunately it was less than ideal. The room had stained furniture and bedding, and handprints and smudges all over the window in my room. The bathroom had a washcloth hanging from the previous guests and all of the disposable cups were dirty. I reported this to the man at the front desk, and his only response was a big sigh and a new set of keys when he said, "here, try this room and see if it is clean. I'm not sure what to tell you because there are supposed to be 3 sets of eyes on the rooms after cleaning before someone else comes in." Unprofessional staff and dirty facility- would not stay here again.
- LBLatasha BrownOct 3, 20262.0The room was spacious but very hot and musty spelling. When asked about a floor fan was told that it would cool off once it sensed I was in the room. Two nights and I’m guessing the sensor didn’t work. Guess services at the front desk was not helpful with a lot of things. When asked different questions she simply replied “ I don’t know”.
