  The staff at this hotel always makes you feel welcome they're very personable considerate and kind, I've stayed here a few times and we'll continue to choose this hotel when I travel down to Pittsburgh, this time I would like to give a big shout-out to the two people that work in the kitchen and prepare that awesome breakfast every morning there's a young lady and a young man that work in dining room they are both very manageable they keep the dining room very clean they always make sure that there's enough food at each container and they always greet the the guest I really appreciate their service

  My family and I chose to stay in this hotel due to it's proximity to downtown and to PPG Arena and price. Our primary reason was to see a Penguins game and I built the vacation around it. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Value is good for our family size. We traveled 7 hrs and arrived not too long after check-in time. The front desk lady was friendly and attentive when I walked in. Room was ready, and I inspected it before bringing in my stuff. There were a few minor maintenance issues with it that I didn't notice until later but nothing that that affected my stay. I reported the items to the front desk at checkout. Room and bathroom were clean, beds were comfortable and sheets fresh. I don't know if it was due to peak times but hot water was an issue a few of the days in the evening and there were six of us in the room. Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff were on sight replenishing food and actively cleaning the serving area and table areas. It's been a while since I've seen so much care given to the breakfast area and it's cleanliness. It was quiet during our stay, especially in the evening. Parking was gated and plentiful for a spot. I thought the parking was $20/day which I knew before arriving but maybe I thought incorrectly. I was only charged $20 overall. I was impressed with Pittsburgh. It is a cool city and we enjoyed our time there.

  It's a bit tricky to get to in Pittsburgh rush hour, but the effort was worth it. Got to meet the manager who seems very invested in the place. The hot breakfast was very palatable, and minor glitches were quickly and professionally rectified. My geek side was very pleased with the number of USB charging ports in the room, along with the ability to connect my laptop to the TV.

  We stayed here for the NFL draft and everything was awesome! Private parking lot for guests, the room was clean and fairly spacious for 3 people. AC worked well, water was hot, and the complimentary breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve had at a hotel (the bacon specifically tasted real, not microwaved). The hotel also helped me get my lost pillow back to me, which was a huge relief. Overall, a great stay!

  Came for the NFL Draft with friends for the weekend and had an excellent time from the pre arrival experience all the way through the checkout. Staff was warm and welcoming. I wish I could remember more than Shannin at the desk to thank. Housekeeping was quiet and respectful every day. There was a gentleman keeping the lobby and breakfast area sparkling. He definitely took pride in the work. The team seemed to genuinely enjoy being there which is typically a sign of good leadership. Looking forward to staying at this property next time we're back in Pittsburgh.
