  Mattress was noisy coil and can feel them through the top. Lobby doors are locked in the morning. Room walls could use a scrub and repaint. Friendly staff. Loud music at night. Comp breakfast was mediocre. I recall real sausage and Belgian waffles at my last express stay. Lobby and elevator floors could use cleaning. Next time I'll spend the extra for a more comfort and clean stay.

  Hotel is fine. Location is good. Service is not. I stayed in IHG hotels for 7 months last year alone... 210+ days. Diamond Elite member. Requested late check-out at this location. Couldn't even get 1 hour. Even the most basic hotels offer late check-out, regardless of memberships, etc. Moving on from IHG and this hotel...

  Niemals hat dieses Hotel 4 Sterne verdient. Das Personal ist sehr unorganisiert, unprofessionell, unflexibel und teilweise auch unfreundlich. Man hat das Gefühl, man muss als Gast um Dinge, die selbstverständlich sind betteln. Die Zimmer sind heruntergekommen. In der Badewanne ist nicht näher zu definierender Schmutz, die Handtücher waren mit Flecken/ Blut versehen, der Duschvorhang stinkt sehr schlimm. Zimmerreimigung hat bei uns nicht funktioniert. Ein Hinweis darauf ergab nur ein Schulterzucken und nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Wir gehen immer noch von einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel aus. Der Pool und der Sportbereich sind ganz ganz schlecht. Ich habe mich nicht in dieses trübe Wasser getraut. Es gab nichtmal Wasser im Fitnessbereich. Geräte sind defekt und nicht nutzbar. Ich werde nicht begreifen, wie es sein kann, dass dieses Hotel 4 Sterne bekommen hat.

  The service from this hotel’s staff was terrible. The location was convenient and the room was fairly clean, but I left a jacket behind when I checked out. I realized it that afternoon and returned to the hotel that afternoon to ask if someone could check whether it was still in the room. The black woman at the front desk told me to call the next morning. I was flying out shortly afterward, but she wasn’t willing to check the room for me—even though nobody was staying in it. I called the hotel later, and they kept putting me off. They repeatedly said they would get back to me if they found the jacket, but they never contacted me. The staff’s service was extremely disappointing. I would advise others to avoid this hotel, and I hope management takes a serious look at how its employees treat guests. Does this hotel have any standards for customer service at all?

  Giving 3 stars because breakfast was delicious, and people were friendly. Air conditioner was so loud, it sounded like a plane was taking off. Hotels is very dirty. Looks like not enough people working there. AC was very dirty blowing dirt from it and room smells moldy. Sheets were very clean though.
