- KRKimberly Robinson5 days ago5.0Rooms & beds are always comfortable. Check- in process is usually smooth. (Note: I've always checked in after having a reservation.) They have pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bathwash, handsoap, & body lotion affixed to the shower & sink walls for convenience. In room coffee & tea is now by request; complimentary coffee & tea is available 24/7 in the lobby.

I have stayed in IHG properties for over 10 years and this was the first I havd ever heard this one. I do not work with a 24 hr notice. Its more like a 4 hr notice of changes. They worked it out but it was a hassle. Main lobby and common areas need attention. Rooms were remodeled and decent.

We had construction debris in the hallway, the smoke detectors in the hallways were covered in tape. A clear safety issue. Absolutely deficient technology package. Literally, only basic cable. Edit- there are in fact several premium channels included.-. There are no smart features and no way to link your phone or your Netflix to the TV. Tremendous machine noise in room. Sounds like an idling truck, but it’s not. Probably the HVAC for the building not the room. Measures at 42 dB. That’s super loud for a sleeping space. Intensity: 42 dB is 10 times more intense (power) than 32 dB.Perceived Loudness: 42 dB sounds twice as loud as 32 dB.
