    Booking was extremely easy and they were very accommodating to our needs. Rooms are dated, but clean and was okay for a quick overnight stay for a super early flight the next day. Was able to get a muffin and coffee before our flight. We arrived back close to midnight and had our luggage in hand at midnight. Called the hotel at 12:03 am and could not get transportation back to the hotel. So be careful - it's a hard stop at midnight exactly. She refused to even check to see if it was a possibility because they source it out. We had to call, wait, and pay for an Uber when the shuttle was our main reason for booking there. Lesson learned. Next time, we will stay at any hotel that's close by, but will drive to the airport ourselves and park in the Charlie Brown lot.

    They advertise have flyers for local food delivery but then do not allow the delivery people to bring it to your room. Do not get changed into pj's you have to walk down stairs to the front desk and pick up your own delivery.

    Rooms & beds are always comfortable. Check- in process is usually smooth. (Note: I've always checked in after having a reservation.) They have pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bathwash, handsoap, & body lotion affixed to the shower & sink walls for convenience. In room coffee & tea is now by request; complimentary coffee & tea is available 24/7 in the lobby.
