  I ordered a four dollar muffin for breakfast and it came still in Saran wrap from the front desk display 🤨 like girl at least microwave it. Then they gave me prepackaged butter and jelly to put on it so I did and it was like putting bbq sauce on a rat. I also ordered a four dollar coffee expecting a refill. But no, the man took my cup away before I could ask for one. Making eye contact as he grabbed my empty mug and walked away, I sat there like a coward. My friend ordered a 13 dollar waffle. A “citrus waffle” to be exact. The picture detailed a beautiful breakfast pastry, but she received a barely cooked waffle with four apple slices and a citrus syrup. There were no apples mentioned in the menu. After I finished my muffin and she her apple slices we hung our heads and walked out with our outrageously high bill.

  Stayed here for a work conference. Parking was a nightmare, but receiving a code from the hotel was easy at check-in. Was confusing about how to get in. The security of having to "buzz-in" was nice, but not clearly indicated; though the instructions to use the elevators to get to the fifth floor for check-in was clear. Check-in was easy, and staff was great. The set-up for our conference was nice, though the only climate control seemed to be the excessively large fan, and no air conditioning. The rooms were a good size and the bed was comfortable. The shower was confusing to work, and the water was barely more than room temp even when I seemingly cranked it up. There was food left in my mini-fridge. The gimmick they have of in-room workout equipment is....a choice, but I trust the guy asking for change outside more than the cleanliness of that equipment. All this said, the bartender Bruno was the absolute highlight of the trip. He was incredible amd hilarious and lifted our moods at the end of a very unpleasant day. (And its not just the alcohol saying that, I and one other only had juice and soda.)

  The AC was broken in all common areas, resulting in the inside of the building being hotter than the outside ambient air temperature. When I asked staff about it, they shared it has been escalated to management several times by other guests, and no changes have occurred. Not only is it illegal to subject guests to unsafe temperatures, that no action has been taken by management when informed is appalling.

  나는 워싱턴 dc로 가는 중간에 쉬어가기 위해서 1박을 했다. 위치는 걸어서 다니기 좋은 곳이었다. 하지만 저녁에 샤워할때 뜨거운물만 나왔다. 차가운쪽으로 돌렸지만 계속 뜨거운물만 나와서 급히 나와야 했다. 얼굴이 화끈거려서 얼음찜질을 해야만 했다. 프론트에 내려가서 이야기 하니 같은 문제로 방을 바꾼 사람만 5명이 넘는 다는 말과 함께 다른 방으로 바꿔야했다. 내가 있던 방은 시티뷰였지만 바꾼 방은 내부 로비뷰 였고 로비불이 계속 켜져있고 보이기 때문에 커튼을 계속 쳐놓고 있어야했다. 문제는 다음날 아침에도 계속 되었다. 새벽 6시 30분쯤 화재경보대피음이 울렸고 대피하라는 안내방송이 나왔다. 나의 가족은 비상문으로 걸어서 다른 사람들과 함께 밖으로 대피했다. 불이 난 것이 아니었다. 방으로 돌아와서 다시 잠을 청해보려할 때 또 대피음이 들렸다. 나의 가족과 사람들은 또 대피했다. 불이 난것이 아니었다. 나는 아직까지도 내가 왜 대피했는지 모른다. 내가 체크아웃할때까지 아무도 이유를 말해주지 않았다. 나의 가족은 컨디션이 엉망인채로 다시 운전해서 워싱턴dc로 가야만 했다.

  There was some sort of cockroach on my bed. When I went to front desk they told me it’s just that time of year completely disregarding me. I have never felt more belittled being told to just kill it and not any sort of accountability or solution was had. Would like management to reach out to me. This type of customer service was absolutely unacceptable Edit: Max reached out to me and was very kind and helped rectify the situation. I have deemed this a one off interaction with that specific employee and not the hotel as a whole. Altered my starring to reflect how I now currently feel and am happy with how I was treated in my last interaction.
