- SESarah EganAug 30, 20261.0Hotel staff yelled at us at checkout when we asked to have our two rooms near each other. Very unprofessional and upsetting. I had even called ahead to make sure the kids would be near. On top of the very mean staff, the hotel is located in a very scary part of the downtown, the entrance is so unwelcoming along with the staff. We cancled our reservation and went elsewhere.

The staff members Jordan and Ramona were absolutely fantastic and we owe it to them for such a pleasant experience. The experience and service really is unmatched which was topped off by the room being huge but cosy feeling like home. Can’t go wrong with this hotel!

The rooms are super clean, very impressed overall. Tanner at the bar was very friendly, and could Make a killer drink. All around great experience.
