- AGAshley GindaMay 1, 20261.0They cancelled my upcoming stay in three days without notice. They would not provide an answer as to why they cancelled out of the blue. Terrible service. Do not use this hotel unless you want a stressful, expensive experience three days before you travel.

This hotel and restaurant hosted a conference before I joined Penn, so I interacted with it in various capacities as: (1) a conference participant, (2) a person interviewing with Penn, and (3) a local faculty. In my experience, they are a very high-end establishment, very clean, very hypoallergenic, and accommodating of differences. The dining rooms are spacious and well ventilated. The outside seating areas is well protected and very enjoyable in the summer. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Penn.

- DTDanny TanchezApr 11, 20265.0I cannot express how amazing the staff is! I am a wheelchair user and the ADA room was fantastic. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning my first night (from delivery food) and was throwing up. Due to being sick, I fell off my wheelchair and couldn't get back up. I called the front desk and they came to the rescue! I fell again later that day (was still not feeling great) and again, they were great! The manager, Colleen, came to help immediately. She had EMS come look at me & had wellness checks to make sure I was fine. I feel bad for making a fuss but the customer service is amazing here. I travel to Philadelphia annually for an event at the hospital and I will absolutely be staying here from now on.
