- SBSarah Bellarin4 days ago5.0Came for a wedding and was more than pleasantly surprised. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious, and everything was clean. Ashley at the front desk was awesome and so kind. We only had a very quick five minute interaction, but in that time she was incredibly helpful in accommodating my needs as a new breast-feeding mother and answered all of our questions. Super convenient location in the city. Will come back again when visiting friends and family.

Was only there the weekend so made due. I can take the people constantly screaming in the hallway but the weed smoking is a problem. The staff did the best they could with it being a busy weekend but people/guest are inconsiderate.

- HRHelen RiosSep 16, 20261.0⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing and frustrating experience with Holiday Inn Philadelphia. I was charged $458 to my credit card for a stay I never made and did not authorize. The charge was associated with an employee named John. I contacted the hotel and spoke with a very helpful gentleman named Leo, who took the time to assist me and told me that I would not be charged. Unfortunately, that did not turn out to be the case, as the charge still went through. I have also emailed corporate twice regarding this issue and have not received a response. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially when the charge was for a stay that I never had. I expect the hotel and corporate office to investigate this matter, explain how this unauthorized charge occurred, and promptly resolve it. Charging a customer $458 for a stay they never had, followed by failing to respond to multiple emails, is completely unacceptable and, in my view, unethical. I hope someone from management or corporate takes this matter seriously and contacts me to resolve it.
