Nope, room was freezing and the curtain rod kept banging against the window. 3am I finally realized what was wrong and tried to stuff towels in the huge gap between the window panes. I would have got better sleep in the car

Like we were bothering her with our concerns. We got a handicapped room and it had no grab bars in the bathroom. No towel bars or a handicapped toilet. There were no lights, mirrors, or glasses in the room.
