  Rooms are dated. The carpets and bathroom are gross. The pullout sofa was very old and I would not allow my daughter to sleep on it as it looked disgusting. The chairs in the room was also ripped. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

  This hotel is a little dated but still excellent. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and service was great! We loved the evening social hour where they provided snacks and beverages in the lobby. More hotels need to do this! The rooms are spacious and fairly clean. The furniture was a little worn but nothing outside normal wear and tear. The pullout sofa wasn't the best night of sleep but fine for guests are visiting for a couple of nights. Overall, this place is perfect for someone who needs to be in the area for an extended period of time.

  Old and dated hotel. The carpets looked worn, the furniture dated, and when I turned on the water, black mold-like debris came out of both the faucet and shower head. The customer service was just as disappointing. The front desk staff never greeted me with a simple “hello,” “how are you,” or even asked how our stay was. The phones in the room didn’t work, and after being rained in with two children, we discovered the TV also didn’t work. The first night there, the card to our rooms got deactivated and would not open the doors. I told the lady who was at the front desk. Since the room card was with my cell phone, she said "its because you have it next to your cell phone thats why that happened" apparently my cell phone deactivated the cards like I'm supposed to know this was general knowledge. Ive stayed at many hotels and never had this issue! Do you know how many people keep their cards and phones together so as not to lose them!!! She then gave me new reactivated cards. We went out to dinner, stopped at the front desk and requested extra towels. The same lady there said they didnt have any there at the moment and we were told they would be sent up, but they never arrived. Since the room phone didn’t work, I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. When I explained the situation, the employee was dismissive and told me I needed to come downstairs myself for towels and toilet paper — even after I explained I was already down there and was previously told they would be sent up. He simply repeated that I had to come get them myself. When I asked about the TV, he said it had “nothing to do with them” and blamed the provider. His entire tone and demeanor made it seem like I was bothering him for expecting basic customer service. At check out i asked for a statement for my stay and he said " you will get it sent to you from Expedia". This blew my mind because HE CHARGED MY CARD AT CHECK IN. But he couldn't provide a receipt!! I had enough and just walked out. 10 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
