This place deserves 0 stars. The stench hit us the moment we walked into the outdated room. The room had black mold, a damaged sofa, dirty and seemingly unchanged sheets, a rusted refrigerator, torn carpet, and numerous other issues.
I requested a different room, but unfortunately, it was even worse. Needless to say, we left and went to a different hotel.
This level of cleanliness and maintenance is completely unacceptable. Based on our experience, this property needs a serious overhaul—or should be closed until it is properly renovated and brought up to acceptable health and safety standards.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! My mom, my husband, myself, my in laws and my sister and her family had beyond a horrible stay at this hotel for my wedding day weekend on July 18th and 19th 2026.
First, the room my mom and I stayed in was not clean, had a filthy unclean shower and a very strong odor that smelled of mold in room 331.
Secondly, my in laws room also had a very disgusting unclean room, with a broken toilet upon arrival that should have been fixed immediately. Instead, the staff had lackluster regard and said it would be fixed the next morning and this was just unacceptable especially under the circumstances. These were absolutely deplorable conditions due to the need for the room to be handicap accessible for my father in law who is in a wheel chair in room 129.
Additionally, my sister's room was extremely dirty, dusty and they were unable to use the shower as a result.
Lastly, what should have been a nice room for my new husband and I was significantly repugnant, had a nasty smell, dirty shower as well as a clogged sink in room 423.
As a result, we looked to speak to a manager at the front desk immediately the next morning before checkout but were told Dustin would be in later. We were also told by an employee at the front desk that these complaints are a regular occurrence. As you can imagine, this is very disheartening for all of us that traveled a distance and especially for such a special occasion such as a wedding. Additionally, we have reached out to the Manager Dustin McGheehan several times and he promised to get back in touch with us to resolve this matter and never did. We have also reached out to Scott Goldberg, Dana Ulysse and also the Pinnacle corporate representative Deborah Shoemaker and she promised to get back to us but also never did. The customer service here is absolutely pathetic and reprehensible.

I would stay again when I'm in the area. Great location near a mall and other stores/ restaurants, including Pure Hockey and sporting goods stores for parents traveling for sport tournaments.
Hotel was clean and quiet. Water pressure was great in showers. Free breakfast with good with assorted hot and cold foods/drinks (make your own waffles too). There's a nice, outside area off the lobby to sit and eat or lounge with a group. Beds and pillows (I usually like my own) were comfortable.

The hotel is decorated a little bit of outdated Style. It's a little on the dark side. It is a nice design and externally is beautiful. The rooms are nice and spacious but ours happened to be filthy and on the ceiling there was a fire sprinkler that looks like it had been pushed up into the ceiling and there was a hole directly over the bed and I often wondered is there a camera in there looking at people on the bed while all the other sprinklers were sealed and perfectly tight. Seemed very strange there were definitely cleaning issues the windowsills the refrigerator Etc were never dusted. There was a stain on the carpet which I guess I can understand. The bathtub had mold on the caulk around the edge the tub which was a little spooky. The kitchen floor was dirty there was actually what looked to be like a blueberry or something still dried up on the floor. Inside the fridge was dirty. The countertop was not white because you could see the stain marks that were still there was like they briefly brushed over it and the bed sheet had somebody's makeup on it still so I was wondering if they even changed the sheets and they definitely didn't change the duvet. The front desk clerk seem to have a rudeness about him but then I sort of discovered that with further questioning there was a language barrier and he wasn't too bad once I talked to him. Overall I like the idea of the place. Oh also the breakfast was absolutely awful. The bacon was undercooked the sausage patties were overcooked they were cold the potatoes were in a hot steamy oven but they were just kind of warm. And worst of all the oatmeal look like soup there was so much water in it I couldn't even see the oatmeal.
