  Stayed at Best Western Plus for a night and had a really good experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly from check in to check out. The room was well maintained, beds were comfortable, and everything felt organized and relaxing after a long day of travel. The location was convenient and the overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was also a nice bonus with decent options available in the morning. Would definitely stay here again for a trip.

  The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. They apparently were doing some maintenance/cleaning to the pool so it wasn’t available to use in the early morning. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I have stayed here before and will stay here again.

  Enjoyed my time here. Hazel was amazing. She was friendly, patient and very helpful. The rooms were nice sized I booked two. One jetted tub an one double queen both were very clean. It was quiet the only noise I heard were from other guest leaving/entering their rooms. Breakfast was limited but hot and delicious. The pool area was small but clean and not once was it over crowded. I stayed here for a cheer competition and if I am ever in the area again I would rebook. Thank you for the awesome hospitality.

  Hazel was ABSOLUTELY a delight. She is such a kind person and handled impatient guests without any hesitation or frustration. 10/10 best person to have an experience with when you come to the hotel

  The room we were given upon arrival had electrical issues in the bathroom and kept tripping the GFCI. They promptly gave us another room on the second floor. The lamp on my side of the bed did not work the two nights we were there but was lighting dimly on the morning we left. The bathroom fan had a nasty rattle when you first turned it on but it improved a little after it ran a while. The facility itself is apparently being renovated to some degree on the first floor. All the baseboard trim was missing in our hallway. The building is a bit dated but not unpleasant. The photos online make the room appear larger than what it really is. The king size bed was the best feature. I would suggest they make sure the housekeeping staff cleans the headboards well. There were some odd handprints on ours that looked like some kind of baby oil or something was on their hands. It was too high up on the headboard to be a problem for us so we just ignored it. The free breakfast appeared adequate although I didn't participate in it either morning I was there. The staff is helpful and accommodating. They quickly resolved our room issue by relocating us. They were all polite, professional and helpful.
