  Stayed with my three kids for 5 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. Price wasn’t too high either. We will stay again!

  This was probably the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. The overall condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing, especially considering the property does not appear to be that old. The shower curtain rod was broken, there was visible damage to the ceiling, and the room door had areas that were sanded and filled but never properly finished. Half of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The bathroom exhaust fan was unbelievably loud—I measured it at approximately 91 decibels. During our five-night stay, we received absolutely no housekeeping service. We had to ask for clean towels and other basic necessities ourselves. There were also some questionable individuals regularly hanging around outside the hotel, which did not make the property feel particularly welcoming or secure. We booked three rooms for this stay, so this was especially disappointing. The hotel is simply in very poor condition and appears to need significantly better maintenance and attention from management. There were a few positives. The staff members we interacted with were very nice, and the morning breakfast was decent and accommodated what our group needed. Those positives are the only reason I am giving the hotel more than one star. Overall, the staff did their best, but the physical condition of the hotel, lack of housekeeping, maintenance issues, and overall environment made this a very disappointing five-night stay.

  Clean comfortable room that was well-decorated and stocked. Included a small refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board so much of what you might need. Nice full-sized towels. Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of hot snd cold choices. And all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
