  Our daughter was traveling across the country and was having a rough day. She was right near this hotel. We called and spoke with Margie, who was amazing. She got our daughter a room for the night and made her feel so comfortable. We are so grateful that we got Margie on the phone this evening and that she was working. What a blessing. Thank you for taking care of our daughter so well.

  The rooms were very neat & clean! This was our 3rd stay at this location and it’s always been a pleasure! Chelsea checked us in & checked us out! She was very kind, pleasant & courteous!

  A clean hotel with a friendly staff. We noticed a small leak in the bathroom sink drain - the next morning as we checked out we told Chelsea at the desk. She went above and beyond making sure it wasn’t an inconvenience for us. (It really wasn’t a problem.) Thanks so much for your kindness.

  Little out of my way, but totally worth it. Margie at the front desk was great. Super friendly and knew the area down to the number of lights :) IHG as it should had my preferences already in the system, I normally have to ask and wait for them to adjust stuff. Not here. Margie said, we already gave you a room based on your preferences. Wow!!! That could have come across as snide.. but not the case.. I got a great room within my asks. Thank you IHG Lewisburg/New Columbia and thank you especially to my not sure of the term.. concierge, hotel staff there is a probably a title I should know. Whatever the title... really made me feel like a guest here. One of the rare, really great IHG crew, I hope I got her name right. Thank you. EDIT: Accidently had this rated as 1 star not 5 .. thought it was a slider.

  Very pleased with the service at the front desk. When checking in, I had made a mistake with the booking since it was after midnight & I was tired. Jon was at the front desk & was able to help get me a room by understanding the booking system & put some effort into it on my behalf. I’m a diamond member and have been to a LOT of IHG properties. This location is up with some of the nicer HIX locations I’ve been to… parking lot feels very safe, hotel is huge, even on a weekend the breakfast area was well stocked & maintained. I have to give an honorable mention to Chelsea during the checkout process for being 100% on the ball and just like Jon, Chelsea was able to quickly answer my questions & get me back on the road.
