  After a long day of driving, this location was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we walked in and talking with Margie and Sam, I could not give one complaint. Margie and Sam were incredibly welcoming, even when it was later in the evening, and there were quite a few people checking in. They welcomed us with a big smile, asking if they could help with anything and we even had a laugh when I left my water bottle and car keys on the counter - they were quick to let me know about both. We stayed on a Friday night into Saturday on our way to NYC. After driving 9 hours, the bed was exactly what I needed. Both the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, our rooms were so clean and quiet. While I didn't use the pool, it looked very nice. The next morning, we had breakfast and the options were plentiful and delicious. Everything from yogurt to hard boiled eggs, the pancake machine, sausage (loved the turkey sausage option), muffins, toast, bagels, plenty of drinks warm and cold to choose from, oatmeal and cereal. It was literally the perfect morning spread. Chelsea and Christopher were absolutely wonderful, check in and check out was so easy. Everyone equally had a part in making our stay really relaxing. It's nice to know that I now found a play to stay when I head East! Was stayed 10/9/2026 - 10/10/2026

  The rooms were very clean, and the bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, too. What really made my stay stand out, though, was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff: especially Chelsea and Jayson. Chelsea was so kind and helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond in so many ways and really made me feel welcome and well cared for. I arrived close to the end of breakfast and expected the buffet to be picked over, but Jayson was diligently keeping the trays replenished and everything ready for guests. He was constantly checking the buffet and looking for ways to help. I especially appreciated that he let everyone know when there were ten minutes left before closing and encouraged us to get any additional food we wanted, which was very thoughtful. I hope that Chelsea and Jayson for their excellent service. Their care and attention made a real difference in my stay!

  Nice place it was just refurbished it was clean inside and out. The only thing was missing for breakfast was biscuits and gravy other than that they had just about everything else you needed including fresh fruit. The room was clean but the bathtub drain was the slowest thing on this side of the Mississippi.

  It’s a shady feeling driving up and people toss trash in the parking lot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sammy especially and Don. Room was clean but sink drain clogged and drained too slow.

  Traveling through for an anniversary week in the Poconos Mountains. Room was great as expected. Chelsea and the other team members made us feel welcomed and we're attentive regarding everything during our stay. Would definitely return in the future.
