  I recently had the most disappointing and aggravating experience with this Holiday Inn location. A little back story first is that I have stayed at this location at least 3 or 4 times over the past two years with no issues. I reserved one king room for 2 nights. After driving 3.5 hours and helping my son move into a new home for the next 10 hours in 100 degree heat I was VERY much looking forward to checking in and getting a shower etc. At 7:55pm I arrive to check in and was informed that my room was cancelled by management. The front desk employee showed me a printout and written on it which looked to be a 2-year-olds writing...cancel per management. I asked and explained that is the whole idea of a RESERVATION..He tried to explain to me at 4pm they tried to run my credit card and it failed (was not declined) and because the "platform" that I made the reservation through they were unable to call me. I have used the exact same platform (expedia) every time I have stayed at this property before using the exact same valid credit card every time prior as well. First of all, why would you try to run my card period...furthermore cancel my room at 4:30 when your check-in does not even start until 3pm. I told them that since this has happened that they can find me another available room at another hotel at the rate I was confirmed with them for which I knew would be very difficult because it was the July 4th weekend!. He then got on the phone with the manager who I have no idea how she EVER came into a management position is beyond me. The first words out of her mouth to her front desk employee was to call the cops on me..are you serious?!? I asked HER why my room was sold and she said that is their policy to do what they did. I asked if that was their policy or Holiday Inns? She responded that it is her owners!! I will never use and/or suggest others to use this location because apparently a reservation does not mean they will have a room for you!!!! and of course it's not their fault at all!! I will wait to see if I get a reply from the owner before I send an already drafted email to Holiday Inn Corporate..so much for being a IHG rewards member

  First off when I got there, I went on their website and the room was online on their website for 20 hours less when they charge me they wouldn’t honor it so that was the first thing that bothered me then I pay over $240 a night for the room I get in there the wallpaper is peeling. The ceiling had to be repaired in the bathroom. The soap holder fell off the wall. It was the carpet was mildewy just definitely not worth $240. I travel across United States and stayed in $60 rooms there were much better than this holiday in the only thing nice about it was the location that’s probably why they gouge you. For the price would never stay there again because of price probably won’t stay in A Hole Holiday Inn again ever because I’m not honoring the price it’s on their website .

  Price was a little high but convenient to grocery store & other Shoppes as well as an array of restaurants. Staff was friendly, & informative

  Worst service ever. The hotel was “sold out” yet I was still able to book a room online. I called the hotel to ask what the incidental deposit would be only to be told that they were sold out and my reservation was cancelled. The front desk agent that was speaking with me told me to find accommodations elsewhere. After pulling up the reservation, I was also informed that I couldn’t stay at the hotel because the address on the reservation was within a 20 mile radius. What!?! This was so bizarre to me. The staff said “ hotel policy” does not allow anyone within a 20 miles radius to book at the property…. This reservation was made last minute due to an emergency. I could not believe what I was hearing. I booked this reservation directly through the hotel website, not a third party. Dealing with this on top of the events that lead to needing a room for 3 days was extremely frustrating. Do your self a favor and book elsewhere unless you don’t mind being talked down to and treated horribly.
