  Hotel and staff could use an overhaul. Staff lacks customer service skills. Rooms were dark, only decaf coffee in room and tub was cracked. The worst part visit is that after I woke up the next morning at home that I had bedbug bites all over my body. I have contacted the corporate office twice and they have escalated it to the local hotel and no one has yet to make this right after 2 weeks. Obviously no one (corporate or local management) cares about the guest service. I would advise anyone to find another hotel unless you want a doctor visit, medication and calling an exterminator into your home just in case the bugs hitched a ride.

  How far is everything's good I just checked in but the room looks clean and everything seems to be okay so far let you know in the future

  Very old and worn. Some common areas were not very clean but more due to age more than actual cleanliness. The internet was awful and when I ask about it they acknowledged it has been a problem and apologized but did not have a solution. Next time I am in the area I will drive further out to find a newer and nicer hotel.

  I had a pleasant experience until they kept hounding me in the morning to get out of the room. Within 5 minutes I had housekeeping enter my room just as I left the shower. She knocked and entered at the same time and almost saw me naked. She could have cared less. 5 minutes later another knock. Please wait!!!!! And then the front desk call me and completely ruin my entire stay because they can't wait 5 minutes. You're just another number to them. They could care less about your stay here. Steer clear of this place.

  Overall it was a nice place. My only compaint is the room smelled very chemically, like maybe new carpet? Internet was spotty and had to use a hot spot from my phone, but no big deal. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the bathroom clean, big and well lit. The breakfast is really the best breakfast to be included with your stay!
