We booked a block of rooms when out football team played Geneva College. From the start Lena was so easy to work with in the planning stages and then Juanita and Tony could not have been more helpful and accommodating during our stay. Nice sized rooms and close to shopping and restaurants (Bowzers is yummy). Solid basic hotel with a nice staff!

Rooms were clean. Beds were clean. Breakfast was great. Only issues really, were that the beds sagged on each side, so if you didn't lay in the middle, you felt like you were going to roll off. And the hours posted for the pool are wrong. Signs say Pool opens at 6am but actually opens at 8am. And guest keycards, for whatever reason, don't work on the pool doors until 9am. You have to get the front desk person to open the pool door between 8am and 9am.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay last weekend at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Monaca – Center Township, and I especially want to recognize Juanita, whose exceptional kindness and hospitality truly stood out. From before we even arrived for check-in, Juanita was incredibly accommodating, helpful, respectful, welcoming, attentive, and professional. She took the time to assist us with our needs and made sure we felt taken care of before we ever walked through the doors. Once we arrived, that same level of care continued—and she truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible. What made the greatest impression was how genuine she was. Juanita did not simply provide good customer service; she made us feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. Her patience, attentiveness, warmth, and willingness to help with whatever was needed spoke volumes about both her professionalism and her heart for hospitality. Please know that none of what Juanita did was lost on us. We noticed it, we felt it, and we appreciated her beyond words. When someone goes out of their way to make an experience easier and more enjoyable for others, that deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you, Juanita, for helping make our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Monaca such a positive and memorable experience. Your kindness and exceptional service made a lasting impression on our entire group. The hotel is truly blessed to have someone like you representing them, and we sincerely hope your dedication is recognized and celebrated. We are incredibly grateful and would absolutely stay here again!

We had such a pleasant stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we felt very welcomed throughout our visit. The staff truly made the experience even better. A special thank you to Cindy, who took care of breakfast. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and attentive and made our mornings so enjoyable. We also want to compliment the housekeeping staff, especially the lovely Indian couple who helped take care of our room. They were so kind, warm, and hardworking, and always made sure everything was clean and comfortable. It was wonderful to stay somewhere with such genuinely caring staff. Thank you to everyone for making us feel at home. We would happily stay here again!
