- BBBrian BordieriJun 26, 20262.0Pool was closed long term, no notice. Kids hate that. Hotel was dirty. Everywhere. Rooms, common area, bathrooms. Management. Was observed just sitting on computers all of the time when a short walk could have alerted them to several clogged toilets, no paper in 3/4 of stalls. Our pull out couch had previous guests dirty laundry in it, popcorn and other chips on the rug under it. We were given sheets with holes in them. Would not stay again.

The elevator was broken during my visit, which made it difficult and inconvenient to get to and from my room, especially with luggage. There was little communication about the issue or when it would be fixed. In addition, the front desk staff came across as rude and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. Instead of trying to resolve concerns or show understanding, the interaction felt dismissive. Overall, the lack of basic maintenance and poor customer service made my stay uncomfortable. I expected a much better experience from a well-known hotel brand.

From a toilet paper holder with screws falling out of the wall, missing elevator button, no TV remote, stains on the wall behind the bed, broken lamp, red/rusty stains on the bedsheet, broken/loose door, to the “housekeeping” crew legitimately leaving dirty laundry in the hallways. The best part of our stay was the front desk staff who sincerely apologized for the experience and the fact that we only had to stay there roughly 8 hours. Please improve your property and hire qualified cleaning staff.
