  So, we stayed for 2 nights. Beds, super uncomfortable. But, main complaints were the lack of cleanliness. Coming from somebody who has worked in housekeeping myself, I know that the rooms can never be "perfect." Things happen. But, just no excuse for some of this stuff. Staff was super nice. But, I feel like they need to re train their housekeeping staff and do weekly inspections of rooms. Hallways had debris. Rooms had lots of hair laying around. Toilets had dirt and hair along the sides of them. Like they weren't recently wiped off. Ice machine had so much built up crud along side it. Mirrors had a bunch of streaks. Pool was cloudy and couldn't even see the bottom. Outside furniture, very dirty. I honestly feel like cleaners do the bare minimum there. At least some of them. Still left a tip in our rooms. But, very displeased overall.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Holiday Inn Express – Grove City, PA I had an outstanding stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Grove City, Pennsylvania. The location is absolutely perfect — it sits directly across from the Grove City Premium Outlets and right next to TimberCreek Tap & Table, an excellent restaurant that makes dining incredibly convenient. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team delivered exceptional customer service. Madi, Grace, Ashley, and Andy were all incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. Check‑in was fast and effortless, and every interaction throughout my stay showed how committed they are to taking care of guests. The rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment after a long day. The hotel also features a nice indoor swimming pool, which is a great bonus. The breakfast area was clean, well‑organized, and had a solid selection to start the morning right. Rates were very reasonable, especially considering the quality, convenience, and level of service. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a fantastic staff, great amenities, and unbeatable proximity to shopping and dining. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Grove City area.

  Staff were friendly, great amenities, rooms were super clean, and the hotel was right by a shopping center. Everything was perfect! Only complaint? The toilets take 2 minutes to stop making noise after flushing. No joke, I got bored and decided to time it, 2 minutes.

  Good hotel right off the highway where I needed it. Close to restaurants and gas stations. Also close to the Grove City Outlet Mall which is huge. Very friendly staff, polite and efficient. Hotel was very clean and fully stocked. Great choice.
