- WDWayne Doucettoday2.0The hotel is a clean and well-kept facility. My only complaint thus far comes from having noticed the front desk personnel interacting with what appears to be her dog. This in and of itself is not an issue. The issue stems from my observation of her bringing her dog into the breakfast area and beginning to assist the person who is seemingly responsible for prepping breakfast in doing so. While watching, I visibly saw the front desk personnel stop and allow the dog to jump up on her and she proceeded to pet the dog and then went right back to prepping breakfast areas. No hand washing, no sanitary cloths or any other method of cleaning her hands after playing with the dog. Now, I am a dog lover! I do understand and believe that our pets are like family. I am also however a certified food handler and I know that this is an unsanitary and unprofessional manner in which to handle food that is going to be consumed by the public. It's repulsive and reckless! The other lady said nothing about the presence of the dog or the interaction with said dog during the breakfast prep procedures. Up until this point, I was looking forward to this morning's breakfast, but that has obviously changed! I only observed this today. Who knows how long this has been going on and allowed to happen. This needs to be addressed by management and upper management! Anyone involved with this activity and those who have knowledge of it in the present and the past should be reprimanded!

- DMDan C. MafteiSep 14, 20264.0We stayed at this Holiday Inn for one night in mid-May 2026. The hotel is nice and looks well maintained. The room was clean and comfy. Staff was all right, we had minimal interaction, check in and check out. The location is not that great, it is in what looks like a business park, however the surroundings look clean and well maintained. You'd need to drive (or Uber) to get to some downtown in the area. There is free parking. Reasonably good breakfast is included. All in all a good place to stay the night.
