- LHLinda HillikerMay 6, 20265.0The only reason this HIE location didn't get 5 stars on everything was due to understandable issues related to their remodel. The staff was lovely and welcoming. We had an issue with the key card which they immediately checked out. The door locked fine, just wouldn't open for the key card. The only reason it wasn't fixed that night was because it required work on the lock and we were too exhausted to deal with a maintenance call. The staff assured us they would happily let us back in if we needed it so we crashed for a good night's sleep. Breakfast choices were limited, but again, this was due to the remodel. I would definitely stay here again, largely because the staff was absolutely lovely and welcoming. Can't wait to see hoe the remodel turns out!

- LWLisa WhiteApr 13, 20265.0I was surprised to find out this was a 2 star hotel/motel. It is way better than 2 stars! Yes, there is some very minor wear and tear, but not noticeable. The rooms were very clean, beds clean and comfortable, bathrooms spotless. The staff was great, breakfast was phenomenal and the coffee is not the usual yucky hotel coffee- the machine freshly grinds it before brewing and it is excellent coffee! I booked 2 separate times going on vacation down and back from Washinton. Stayed in different rooms down and back and still great! This is a true hidden gem. Easy on and easy off.
