  I sat on a 14 hour bus ride. I was so ready to shower and get in my bed. Right after I showered I started to feel like something was biting me. At first, I thought it was a mosquito bite so I didn’t think anything of it. The next day when I was Iaying in bed taking a nap I woke up … and I was covered in BED BUG BITES. I started to check the bed and it was a bed bug on the pillow. My skin is swollen and in pain. 0/10 save yourself please this is not where you want to stay. They didn’t even offer to refund for the room or anything. The workers didn’t seem concerned all he said was “you want another room?” I have bites on my arms, shoulders and back.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  You can go to surrounding hotels for the exact same price and MUCH BETTER rooms. The staff is very friendly though

  Rooms are big, beds are comfy..customer service is top tier were ihg members hubby teaches a motorcycle class nearby doesn't get over till 230pm we asked for late check out so I'm not sitting in the cold, the manager didn't hesitate gave me till 130pm made my day allot easier and left a nice tip for housekeeping cuz I know it put them behind, we will be back for sure

  Arrived Saturday with Empty Shower Soap and No Conditioner. Going on 3 days now asking for toiletries and a clean room. What hotel management goes nearly a week without cleaning and stocking a room?.... Apparently this one. Nasty
